This is our family home away from home! It has been in our family for years! 1.5 miles from the new Pier Park shopping and restaurant community. This neighborhood is one of the only residential areas left on the beach and has the only privately owned beach in the city! It is undeveloped and is beautiful!! It is located just one street back from Front Beach Rd. and you can actually see the ocean from the front yard. It was originally a duplex but we use it as a house. There is a door inside the kitchen areas that attaches the two sides together. It works so well any way you want to use it -families, couples, groups, etc. It also has 2 driveways for extra parking. It has a front and back yard for plenty of play space for the kids! It is so convenient to EVERYTHING! We love it and hope you do too!

- This home is actually a duplex but opens up inside to connect both sides together. It is rented as a whole house and not rented seperately. Each side has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen & dining area and a living room. It is perfect for 2 families or groups. You can keep the house open or seperate families just by closing the connecting door. You can see the ocean and walk to the beach in seconds!
