1BR
We will close off and leave vacant the 2 guest bedrooms. You will have access to the Master bedroom with walk-in closet and Master bath as well as all common areas. The living area is huge because it is actually designed for up to 6 guests - making it one of the biggest 1BR condos on the entire island! You will also have access to the 2 oceanfront patios - one off the Master bedroom and a 2nd off the living area.
2BR:
As a 2BR option you will have access to the Master area as well as one of the guest bedrooms (2nd guest bedroom will be closed off and vacant). You have the choice between an oceanfront guest bedroom with access to the main patio and bath en-suite or the lagoon bedroom with its own private patio overlooking the lagoon and the French side all the way to Anguilla. Also bath en-suite again, of course.

Our condo is located directly on pristine Cupecoy Beach and offers an array of amenities - elevator access to the condo, 50" flat-screen TV in the Living room, free wireless broadband internet, phone + local cell phone (free incoming calls!), A/C throughout (central, room controlled), safe, laundry facility with washer/ dryer/ iron and an exceptionally well equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art ’Kitchen Aid’® appliances. It was everything the owner represented and more. Location was convienient to airport and French side. Construction and traffic in Simpson Bay did not cause any problems from this location. Property was well maintained and clean. Rental car that was included was perfect. Thanks for a great stay. On our next visit to St Maarten we will return to this condo.

The condo manager greeted us at the airport with our rental car that was included in the rental. We proceeded with a short drive to the property. The complex is new, bright and elegant, very safe and secure, with remarkable views from nearly every area of the property: the pool, bar, gym, and private beach. The view faces the island of Saba and the teal waters of cupecoy. Location is most convenient. Torsten was sincerely friendly and very efficient. He showed us to the condo, provided the car, provided an island cell phone, and gave a quick tour. The condo was impeccable: clean, bright, well-furnished, spacious, spectacular views, very comfortable for the 6 of us. The 10 days were filled with time exploring St Maarten, other islands, and a few relaxing days at the condo. Torsten called and checked in to make sure things were going well. Cleaning service came every 3 days and spent 4 hours! the kitchen was spotless, new sheets, new towels, new beach towels. First class resort First class service highly recommended

We had a wonderful, relaxing time (didn’t even take a computer). The condo is awesome!! The views are absolutely incredible. Wish we could have stayed longer. Last year we stayed in B5 but had the front BR and the BR off the dining room, not the master. We liked having the master suite much better. Jens was quite nice and very helpful. We’ll be in touch regarding our May date next year as soon as we finalize our plans. We are also thinking of renting the entire unit in 2015 for our 60th birthday and bringing 2 other couples that we went to high school with. It would be a really good set-up. Thanks for everything. Let’s hope for a quiet hurricane season. Kathy

I have traveled extensively through the Caribbean, and I have stayed at some five star hotels and great time share rentals. This condo at the Cliffs of Cupecoy is like nothing I have ever stayed in before in my life. The balcony views are spectacular, the bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, and the kitchen is huge. There were times when I had to yell out for my fiance because I could not find her. Most importantly, the condo is immaculate and kept up to the highest standards. I have stayed at rentals before where the refrigerator is full of someone else's food, the floors are dirty, etc. This place was immaculate. When I return to St. Maarten (and I will), I will be contacting Torsten to reserve this condo that is a true piece of paradise. My only regret is that we were only able to stay one week.
