Warm and inviting cottage built in 2005. Spacious home with large entertainment area and a lot of room for the family to spread out. Main part of home has three bedrooms and two baths. Loft area above the garage is great for teenagers or guests to come and have some private space. Toilet, shower and sink in hall below the loft offers privacy and also a place to shower off when you come in from a long day at the beach.
1 1/2 blocks to the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan. Beach rights to two of the areas most sought after private beaches. Close to all amenities that Harbor Country has to offer the area.
