Front of House - Outer Banks/Duck, NC - North Carolina Rental Home This "BEAT THE TRAFFIC" Friday-Friday custom-built Four Seasons home offers a private heated pool and spa and a short walk to indoor pool, tennis courts and the shops of Duck Village and to the beach(approx 1/4 mi). There is also a free trolley to transport you to the beach and areas around Duck. The house is professionally decorated. The first floor has a slate billiard table, Rene' Pierre foosball table, kitchen with dishwasher, full refrigerator with ice maker and microwave. There is also a 52" big-screen TV with surround sound home theater. The first floor great room is 29-feet by 23-feet.Two bedrooms with twin and full beds share a full bath w/ double sinks. Use of a tandem garage w/ Kettler Ping-Pong table, outside shower, fenced and gated heated pool and a 8 person hot tub. Professionally landscaped with outdoor lighting, outdoor speakers and sprinkler system, gas grill and a SAND VOLLEYBALL COURT. ALL bedrooms have TV's. The second floor offers a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave,full range and large counter bar with granite countertops. The dining room table seats 12 people. The vaulted great room has a leather sofa,chairs w/ ottoman, a gas fireplace, and a 32-inch TV. There is also a game table for games and cards. Master bathroom with large shower and double showerhead, also a large soaking tub. Two MBR's have private deck with covered porches with ceiling fans. All four master bedrooms,three kings, one queen, have private baths. All bedrooms have TVs. There are three covered porches and loads of decking. A third floor recreation room with over 500 sqft. A high vaulted ceiling over looking the trees and second level great room. This room has a TV/DVD,computer, private reading area and a game table. The total living area is over 4000 sqft. Cleaning is provided on departure date. Beat the traffic with a Friday check-in and Friday departure.
