VASQUEZ CREEK LODGE is an eight-bedroom, seven-bathroom home near downtown Winter Park, Colorado, that sleeps 23 people. It is the perfect setting for family reunions, group vacations, church outings, and business retreats.
The Lodge has a large deck area on two sides of the house, with a 7-person hot tub in one area, and Vasquez Creek on the front side. There are two living rooms, a game (or meeting) room, and a ping-pong room, so lots of room to spread out, yet enough space for everybody to be together also.
The fully-furnished kitchen is huge and sits 22, and has a commercial grill that everybody seems to enjoy using! There is also a ceramic five-burner stovetop, double ovens, two refrigerators with filtered water and ice, and dishwaster. There is also an outdoor barbeque and picnic tables.
The Lodge is on a beautiful, large, secluded lot, just a short walk from the main part of downtown (shopping and restaurants and a park). Winter Park also has hundreds of miles of trails for walking or biking. The ski area has summer activities - alpine slide, etc. There is also rafting. There are several really nice golf courses in the area. Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake and Lake Grandby are only a short drive away.
The local shuttle bus stops very close by, and runs up to the ski resort and all over town.
