Located in the heart of Greenville, South Carolina. The River Place Condo is located right across from the Highest Urban Waterfall (Falls Park). Falls Park provides many vistas, walking trails and the local zoo. You can enjoy picnics, strolls or just lounging in the hundred of park benches on the reedy river. The Condo is located next to the Peace Center where there are always excellent shows for children and adults; many are famous. There is also an outside pavilion that has many concerts and symphonies. Easy walks to excellent restaurants, High Cotton, Latitudes, Rick Erwin, and Larkin to name a few. Enjoy the many shops, artists and museums close by. Also, located within a thirty minute drive to Clemson University and 5 miles to Furman. The Condo is a few blocks from the new fan friendly "Flour Field", Home of the Minor League Greenville Braves.


The Condo is decorated with nice furnishings that allow your stay for the week, month or weekend enjoyable.

  • My husband and I and another couple spent three wonderful days in Greenville at this delightful condo. It was a perfect place to stay, stylish and comfortable, and perfectly situated to enjoy the amazingly revitalized Greenville. David couldn't have been more helpful and we loved walking up and down Main Street, going to the art museum, enjoying the many fine restaurants, and Falls Park. It's a great way to "do" Greenville!
