Great location, very clean, and very accommodating owner. We looked at hotels in the area, this worked out to be less cost for our family and a much better choice since we were traveling with a 18mo. old child. Shopping and a beautiful park are footsteps away. Grocery store a couple of blocks. I would highly recommend this condo.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is a great place to stay!! The condo is nicely furnished; the beds are very comfortable; the kitchen was equipted well. We esp. enjoyed such close proximity to the beautiful downtown area; just a block from Main Street, yet so quiet inside the condo. The balcony overlooks a small side street that is paved with brick, landscaped well, and is very quiet. We definitely will stay again the next time we go to Greenville. And if you havent been to the downtown area of Greenville...it is a must go!!!

Great location, near Falls and downtown amenities. Very nice unit: underground parking, balcony, king size bed in the master BR. Easy checkin. Be sure to take advantage of the Swamp Rabbit trail.

Condo exceeded our expectations. Great location in the recently redeveloped Reedy River portion of Main Street. We parked our car underneath the condo unit and never touched it again until we left. Condo is within walking distance of everything on Main St. Perfect for a weekend getaway, 2 couples or a small family. We hope to use the condo again down the road. Finally, property owner made checking in very easy and was nice to work with. Very thankful we came across this listing!

Wonderful condo. Wonderful town. Our 3 day reunion with friends was perfect in every way. It really was special to have such a nice place to come back to after enjoying a great day or evening out. Everything was there that we needed. Nice condo owners too!

First experience with VRBO and what a wonderful first time! The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a girlfriends’ getaway. We were within walking distance of anything that we could possibly want to eat or do, including the fantastic Peace Center for the Performing Arts, and right in the middle of Falls Park and its river walks. Only problem was that our accommodations were so comfortable that we did not want to leave! Quiet and peaceful (no traffic noise as you usually find in a downtown area and honestly, we wondered at times if we were the only people in the building) great kitchen, comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms, this lovely downtown condo was truly a find.

With family in Greenville, we wanted a place where we could all be together -- and this condo was perfect! We had our family thanksgiving dinner there, and found that it was very convenient to all the local attractions. Plus, it was comfortable, attractive and well maintained. EVEN THE OVEN WORKED PERFECTLY (and we ate the turkey to prove it!)

My husband and I and another couple spent three wonderful days in Greenville at this delightful condo. It was a perfect place to stay, stylish and comfortable, and perfectly situated to enjoy the amazingly revitalized Greenville. David couldn't have been more helpful and we loved walking up and down Main Street, going to the art museum, enjoying the many fine restaurants, and Falls Park. It's a great way to "do" Greenville!

I have used VBRO many times in the past and this is absolutely one of the nicest places we've stayed. Both the condo and location really could not of been better. The description doesn't do it justice. Thanks for sharing your condo and town with our family!!
