Lake Cliffe Condos are arguably the best lodging in Dillon! Their premier location is immediately adjacent to the Dillon Marina, outdoor amphitheater, Dillon town centre, the bike path which interconnects with all of Summit County and of course, six premier ski areas! Any activity you want to enjoy is within minutes of Lake Cliffe, no matter what the season!
The shag carpeting, old wallpaper and ancient appliances are gone and a spectacular remodeled condo is in its place! You will feel right at home in this first-floor condo. It has everything you need to make your stay in the Colorado Rockies memorable. The floor plan is open and spacious with 1,080 sq feet. The condo is decorated with mountain, skiing and fishing themes. The spacious living room is highlighted with a rock wall and fireplace, and opens directly to the complex’s own “park”. Electronics include two TVs (a NEW 40" flat screen TV in the living room!), DVD player and high-speed internet access.
Everything in the fully-equipped kitchen is new and includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all the dishware and cookware you’ll need. You can enjoy your meal either in the adjoining dining room that looks out at Lake Dillon and the surrounding peaks or on the covered outside deck which includes a gas grill and lawn chairs.
There are two bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. One bedroom contains a king bed and its own bathroom. The second bedroom contains twin beds (which can be put together to make a king) and its bathroom contains a tub/shower. There is also a TV in the twin bedroom. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room sleeps two. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit for your use. I supply all paper and soap products.
Enjoy yourself in the clubhouse, which features an indoor swimming pool, two hot tubs and changing room. Also available (by reservation) is a private meeting room.
For winter activities Summit County is hard to beat! Enjoy skiing/boarding at one of the six world-class ski resorts (Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, Loveland or Vail) all within minutes of our condo without paying the high prices at those resorts. There is also snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, sledding and ice skating nearby.
During the summer enjoy sailing, boating or kayaking on Lake Dillon, biking on the paved path or the numerous mountain bike trails, hiking, climbing breathtaking “14ers”, fly fishing, golfing, attending city-sponsored festivals, the Friday Farmers Market or the free Saturday night concerts at the amphitheater, or just sitting on our deck and watching the sunset over Lake Dillon! During the fall there is the magnificent display of golden aspen and other fall foliage to view.
The town of Dillon and nearby areas contain all the basic amenities you need, plus numerous restaurants and brewpubs, a movie theater, bowling alley, and factory outlet shops. The free Summit Stage bus system (1/2 block away) can connect you anywhere in the county, including the ski resorts.

Hi Paula, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your Dillon condo! Your location was perfect - close to everything and easily accessed by my 92 year old Mom. I have to admit that my sister and I also appreciated NOT having to carry our luggage up any stairs :) The view of the lake was beautiful and the patio was very private. We loved your decor of canoes, moose and skis, too. The couch and chairs were very comfortable as were the beds. And it was a pleasure to use your new appliances in the kitchen. Next time we go to Dillon we will definitely contact you and recommend your condo to our family and friends.

Really enjoyed our stay in Paula's condo - loved the furniture and mountain/wildlife decor and the lake views. Very clean and well stocked - Paula is easy rent from - 1st floor is great and parking close to front door. We will be back!!

Our entire experience with this condo was great! The location was "picture perfect." We found the condo owner to be very good to work with. The refrigerator went out on the first day of our stay. We called the owner....she made arrangements for a new refrigerator to be delivered ....it was installed on that same day! That's what I call "a good owner." We plan to be back in this same condo again next year!

We rented this condo for the ski season and had a wonderful time. The condo was both cozy and spacious. The clubhouse pool and hot tubs are right across the parking lot and the first floor access made hauling in skis, snowshoes,etc easy. The condo is beautifully furnished, clean and stocked with everything you need. The view of Lake Dilon is fantastic. We highly recomend Lake Cliffe 106C!

We recently spent a fantastic mid summer week at Lake Dillon. The condo was perfect for our family! We had plenty of room for both the kids and us. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to relax after playing every day. We rented a boat from the Dillon Marina one day and kayaks from the Frisco Marina and did plenty of hiking. There is plenty to do in this area. We really enjoyed the peaceful location with lake and mountain views right form the condo. The pool is just outside of the door and there is a great playground for the kids right on the lake only steps away from the condo. We highly recommend this condo and will rent again!

We had a great stay in your Condo recently. It was very comfortable and well furnished. Lake Cliffe is a great location close to many fun summer activities. This first floor condo was quiet and allowed easy access for luggage. Thanks for a great vacation from the heat.

The Lake Cliffe condos are a well maintained complex. 106C is a very nice condo with a great view of Dillon Lake and the nearby mountains. Dillon is a great central location for several area ski resorts and for summer day trips in the central Rocky Mountains. In addition to visiting the ski towns of Beckenridge, Frisco, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Beaver Creek, and Vail we made day trips to Aspen, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Mount Evans. These are "must see" places within a day's drive of Dillon. We REALLY enjoyed our stay!
