Vacaton Rentals are weekly only Sat to Sat. 13 weeks for 2009 have been leased as of 9/23/08. APPOINTMENTS: Call or e-mail for an appointment to see the apartment. Most Saturdays between 10AM and 1PM are available. Additional Photo's: 24 available through e-mail. Cape May - UpperDeck, is located in one of Cape May's finest residential neighborhoods. It is a corner property on New York Avenue in the second of the short beach blocks and 2 blocks to the promenade. Located across the street from the 2008 Cape May designer Show House, a regestered Historic Home. The City of Cape May is a National Historic Landmark and tree city, renowned for its peace and quiet. Walk or bike everywhere, enjoy the tranquility of our totally residential area of Cape May. Listen to the roar of the ocean, taste the freshest cool air anywhere in the country. Cape May is equivilant to being 20 miles at sea. Our beach is a short walk, very wide, and it is never crowded. Enjoy an abundance of vacation attractions in Cape May and the surrounding area. This is a second floor unit which offers off street parking, fenced in yard, large 22 foot deck with furniture and umbrellas, also a locking child proof gate. The front third of the garage is for your personal storage; bikes, strollers, etc. This is a well appointed adorable apartment with very nice furnishings and bright colors, central airconditioning, washer and dryer. It offers a full kitchen including full size oven, dishwasher and microwave. Master bedroom has queen size bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a full size futon which converts to a bed in the living room. There is an outside shower with Hot and Cold water and a propane BBQ grill. Currently 15 weeks are rented for 2008, from 11 guests for June through September. Eight of the eleven guests are repeat guests. This is a non smoking unit and absolutely no pets or animals are allowed. Mapquest has a good map of Cape May. Just put in New York Ave NJ 08204 and then select any of the New York numbered pin marks for the detail map.
