This was my family's second stay at this beautiful unit. We previously stayed in the same unit 2 years ago for my wedding. It is still well kept as it was back then. The only difference from this stay is that the Beach Villas limited the gym to their guests only. But that was ok with me as my husband and I jogged outside on the trail/walkway along the beach and hotels. It is definitely breathtaking. Our 14 month old son loved swimming in both pools. One day we walked over to the new Disney resort, Aluani, to have brunch with the different Disney characters. Another day we walked over to the Marriott Beach Club to attend their Polynesian luau, Fia Fia. Everything was so nice and conveniently located nearby. What I really appreciated was the price of this unit! I felt like we were getting such a good deal as the price was probably the same as a standard hotel room at the Marriott Ihilani. But with the Beach Villas, you get 3 rooms + 2.5 baths + kitchen + living room + 2 parking spaces! We plan to visit again next year. I really would like to thank Marche for sharing her home with us and for the welcome gift basket full of goodies! Thank you Marche and Alan!

I just wanted to take a moment and thank Marche and Alan for sharing their beautiful home with our family! The location was absolutely PERFECT and we were so happy to have access to lagoons, pools, gyms and restaurants all within minutes. Ko Olina is a wonderful magical place for families. We made many friends with the other families on vacation and it was as if all the parents watched out for all the kids.... A very safe feeling when you have so many little ones! The villa was large and spacious for my family of 4 young children, husband, grandma and Auntie! We have no reservations recommending Ko Olina to everyone! ENJOY!

Everything about this condo was absolutely delightful ! We really appreciated the gated entrance to this area as well as the safe parking place for our vehicle. As for the condo itself, the spacious layout made it comfortable for our family of 6 to stay and enjoy ourselves without feeling crowded and we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and serene it was out on the lanai. The picture of the kitchen speaks for itself! I can't even begin to tell you how nice it was to have a kitchen while being on vacation. And, it was really convenient to have a washer/dryer in the room as well. The availability of toys (shovel, pail, boogie board, cooler, etc.) was a nice perk, and the short walk to the lagoon was a treat because of all the beauty you passed along the way...the pools/fish ponds/grounds are some of the best we've ever seen. The lagoon(s) were never crowded and we especially liked how they were "protected" so that you could swim and snorkel in calm water. We were so pleased with everything and it was just an absolutely fantastice place to stay!

After a week at Ko'Olina, we were ready to miss our flight home and stay in Hawaii for good. The grounds were beautiful, the pools were perfect, the beach was ideal for our 5- and 7-year old children, and the villa was more than we imagined. One of the best aspects of Ko'Olina is that it never feels crowded and everyone we met was friendly. The owners were accommodating, pleasant to work with, prompt, and the villa is stocked with anything a family would ever need. We have mixed feelings about sharing how great a place this is because we don't want anyone else to find it! We'll be back.

If you are considering renting a beach villa at Ko'Olina, look no further! Not only was this place immaculate, the owners were by far some of the most considerate and gracious people I've come across in all my travels. Every inch of this condo oozes with luxury... pictures cannot even begin to portray the richness of the woods, the soothing color palette,or the comfort of the beds. Every piece of linen felt amazing... even the bath towels were soft and fluffy! The sheets and comforters will make it hard for you to leave the bedroom... but when you do, a perfectly groomed, beautiful, private little piece of paradise awaits you! The pools were wonderful at any time of day. Sunsets were lovely from the hot tub closest to the beach. The fitness center was amazing. Even if you don't work out, you will want to visit it just to see the beauty as you enter through the locker room door! The lagoons were filled with cystal clear water and a nice array of sea life, including sea turtles, for those who enjoy snorkeling. Oahu has alot to offer, and I highly recommend exploring the island, but if you just want to relax and enjoy a taste of the hawaiian sun and sand, there really would be no need to leave the resort. Make one stop at a grocery store, enjoy the state of the art kitchen, and eat out on the large lanai's 6 person table overlooking the pools with a view straight to the turquoise ocean. If you choose to discover the rest of the island, there's a cooler and some beach toys in the living room closet. Speaking of closets... did I mention the huge walk in closet in the master wing? Yes... I said wing because it has its own hallway that leads you into your own private oasis! How rare to find a place that you can stay together with your family, but still have the feeling of solitude as you enter into the master suite. I cannot think of one thing I could have desired that wasn't already there. Even the parking is included. Two stalls, if you should need! That could easily be taken for granted by those of us who live in places where parking is free or at a very low cost. But, most hotels charge $12-25 per day just to self park. I have nothing but the sincerest gratitude to the owners for allowing us to take home memories of a lifetime. Luxury Beach Villa At Ko'olina

Pictures do not do this property justice. The unit and furnishings are excellent, the close proximity to the beach makes it excellent location.

What can I say about this Villa and this location other than "Wow". The location of KoOlina, just outside Kapolei on the west side of Oahu was amazing and beautfiul. The just 1 or 2 year old grounds of the Ko Olina Beach Villas were awesome. Huge Lagoon pool, a 1 foot deep with sandy bottom kids pool, a lap pool, and 3 hot tubs were excellent. My family of 2 children ( 6 & 16 months) plus 4 adults were extremely comfortable and happy here. We all had our own rooms, and our own bathrooms. The location was quiet, and peaceful, and we enjoyed sitting by the pool under the umbrella tables drinking a pina colada and watching the kids frolic in the pool. The paved beach walk between Marriot Timeshares at lagoon 4 and Marriot Ihalani at lagoon 1 was fantastic, especially at sunset. The lagoons out front of the Villa were a 4-5 minute walk from the front door of the Villa through the amazing garden, koi ponds, and already mentioned pools. We also drove up to Kapolei which is exit 1B off the Farrington HWY, and went to Costco to stock up on Gifts for friends, buy steak for the 1 of 4 wolf BBQ's available for use ( never a line up ) We also hit Safeway for our smaller food needs. The Villa has plasma tvs on the wall of the bedrooms and the living room, and is stocked with a fridge with ice maker, cutlery and dishes. Dealing with the owners was flawless, they were reachable by cellphone and email ( free wi-fi in the Villa ) and were very accomodating to some special requests we had, such as turnover time, request for a high chair, and baby play pen for our 16 month old to sleep in. They had a stool for helping my 6 yr old reach the sink, and a closet stocked with a cooler for road trips, boogie board, play toys for the beach, beach matts, and beach folding chair. As you can read we were very happy, and were sad to leave. A rental car is advisable to get out to the KoOlina gated community (25 min drive from airport), and to explore the island. Highly recommend booking this unit. You will not be disappointed with this 5 star accommodation.

Nicely equiped Hi tech condo. In a great location. Very relaxing, away from the high density tourist areas of Honolulu. We made two trips each to Pearl harbor area and the North shore and were always glad to get back and relax in this comfortable location. The grand kids could wear them selves out in the pools while we talked and cooked at the pool side grills. The commn facilities, pools, gym, grills etc were exceptional and uncrowded. Friendly staff, great sunsets, a very peaceful place

My family & I stayed at this unit for my wedding in early August. Right when we walked through the doors, we were amazed at how beautiful the place was. The appliances and furniture were all modern. Everything was well kept and extremely clean. One of our favorite things about the unit was how the doors to the lanai opened up and created this huge living space. It was really like living in paradise! The entire Beach Villas are amazing. The gym is equipped with modern machines and weights which beats the gym I usually use. I went to the gym almost everyday I was there. Towels, water, sauna, steam room are all provided at the gym. I swam in both the lap pool and lazy river pool. It was very convenient as access to Lagoon #2 was just a few steps away from the lazy river pool. One day my family hosted a get together for our out of town guests at the member's clubhouse, which is located at the Beach Villas. That was really nice as it was a beautiful place outdoor space to mingle with family & friends. I definitely would recommend this condo! Marche (the owner) was always so hospitable and pleasant to talk to on the phone. I would highly recommend this place as it is much more quiet than the Marriott Beach Club, which is the neighboring resort in Lagoon #3. I had family & friends stay at the Marriott Beach Club so it always felt relaxing coming back to the Ko'Olina Beach Villas.

Our family of 7 stayed at this beautiful villa for 4 days while attending a wedding nearby. It is a beautiful complex and the unit is exceptional. Everything we could have possibly needed was in the impeccably clean villa. We would highly recommend this villa and location in Hawaii, on the beautiful Ko'lina property, great pools,fabulous lagoons and other hotels and restaurants within walking distance.
