View of the front of the house from the driveway - Palm Springs/Palm Desert, CA - California Vacation Rental This lovely, ranch-style home is approximately 2100 square feet on half an acre. It is a gated property offering privacy and relaxation. Our home is centrally located in South Palm Desert just a leisurely walk from the El Paseo shopping area known as the Rodeo Drive of the desert. The house is a wide U shape, so the master bedroom and the garage are opposite one another and the pool is in the middle. The Living/Dining room extends across the back of the house and is almost all glass. The 16 feet of sliding glass doors open up the entire house to the patio. There is an eat-in kitchen with a lovely southern/western mountain view that is very cheerful in the morning. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and bath. The second bedroom has 2 double beds with a bath in the hallway; on the other side of the house, the third bedroom has a queen sized brass bed with a bath across the hall. The house is very open and spacious and has a beautiful backyard with a large rectangular pool and fruit trees. While the pool area gets sun all day, there is a covered patio, if you prefer. It has wonderful mountain views to the North and West and is very private.

$300/nt (3 night minimum; Holiday periods require 4 night stay)

Utility surcharge $300, Palm Desert taxes 9% on stays less than 31 days
Monthly Renter Utility Charge: Actual amount over $225 allowance
