Enjoy all the benefits of this brand new condominium complex. This complex is located about ten miles from Puerto Plata at Cofresi Beach. It was completed in the spring of 2008. It is 150 yards from the ocean with no other buildings between it and the water. From our privately owned unit you are a two minute walk from Ocean World Marina and the newest casino in the Dominican Republic.

Our unit is located on the main floor and many agree it is in the best location in this gated complex. The choice is yours, enjoy the breath taking ocean view, sit on your deck while the kids play in the pool or enjoy the gorgeous mountain view.

The condo is fully furnished ready for you to arrive. Daily maid service is available. Our friendly maid will even prepare your meals for you! If you would rather eat out there are several restaurants in the area. We highly recommend Chris and Mady's which is right next to the complex.

This unit has two bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the other has 2 double beds. Each bedroom has it own air conditioning unit. There are two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances.

If you are are traveling with large group contact us. All the units are privately owned. Let us know how many are traveling and we will arrange the rentals of the other units for you.

For your peace of mind twenty-four hour security is provided.

  • Cannot say enough good things... stayed for 10 days in April 2009 and as soon as we returned home we started planning our next trip; going back in September 2009 again and would not stay anywhere else. The owners are very helpful, attentive and prompt people. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and well kept. There is not one complaint we have and highly recommend staying here. Everything was perfect from the towels to the mattresses to the water in the pool. Our maid was wonderful and we got along very well, as was the condo complex manager Luis. We have traveled a lot and have to say that so far this was the #1 vacation and we are looking very much forward to our September trip.
