Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath house, with a 1 bedroom 1 bath guest house located on Lake Greenwood. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, satellite TV with a private bath and a private entrance to the patio. Ceramic tile floors throughout living area. Living room has sectional sofa and a love seat with satellite TV with a DVR, DVD and VCR. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area has a table with 4 chairs. Ceiling fans throughout the house to keep it cool. The 400 square foot Guest house has a fully equipped kitchen with a deck in the shade and a sun deck with outdoor furniture. The guest house can be rented seperatly from the main house, please inquire. Grills are there for your use. Bring your own charcoal. Home is located on a cove at Lake Greenwood with great fishing from the dock.
House is conveniently located about 1 mile off of Hwy 72/221 in Cross Hill, 10 miles from the city of Greenwood. Lake Greenwood consists of 212 miles of shoreline. There are several golf courses in the area.

This past summer, my college student had the opportunity to work an internship in the city of Greenwood. After searching the local area for summer quarters, I tried VRBO. I contacted the owner and he was pleasant and responsive. They worked with me to set up a reasonable 2 month rate. The place is nicely maintained and peaceful. We came up the last weekend to help move out and went to a near by businesses that rent boats and jet skis to rent a jet ski and had a great time on the water.
