Beautiful 3 story condominium located on the canal with a boat slip and on the beach side of Highway 98. Enjoy the beautiful hardwood floors and the spacious living area. You do not have to cross Hwy 98 to get to the beach. Boat slip out your back door with three decks for watching the boats come in and out of the canal, or watch the waves roll in on the beach. Boat landing for launching your boat 50 yards east of the house. Boat slip is covered and will hold a 30-32 foot boat. Sit on your back porch and watch the charter boats unload their catch or let the kids fish off the dock. Walk to several restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy a nice early run or walk in our secluded area of Mexico Beach. Beautiful landscaping professionally maintained.

Why the Owner Chose Mexico Beach
We chose Mexico Beach due to the great family atmosphere found there. The area the townhouse is located is on the beach side of the main highway and next to the boat ramp for launching your boat. All the charter boats are only 4 boat slips over from the back door. It is always fun to watch them bring in their catches. The beach is the prettiest on the gulf. The local restaurants really top of a relaxing time.
