There are stunning views of the ocean and beach from the living room and master bedroom and both have sliding doors that open up to the patio. Bring your binoculars and you might spot some dolphins! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare that fresh seafood meal with the luxury of granite counter tops and barstools that provide extra seating. If you need extra storage for all of your beach gear, you will find it in the laundry room that also offers a large capacity washer and dryer. In addition, there is a full bathroom that opens up to the living room and second bedroom. Never Rented before Summer 2008! Should the leaser be able to re-rent the time period reserved, then the renter(s) security deposit will be returned less an administrative fee of $100. If the time period reserved can not be re-rented than the renter will forfeit the entire security deposit.
