Your beach house had the best backyard to the beach by far with the BBQ area, Jacuzzi area and Fire pit area, all leading down to the beach. Beautifully remodeled bathrooms and unbelievable views. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks Lili.

My collegues and I rented this beach house for five days over Spring Break. It was absolutely amazing and well worth the already inexpensive price. The house itself was beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything we needed. The back patio was amazing and the perfect set up for BBQing, relaxing, and enjoying our time. The view from the hot tub was to die for especially while watching the sun set. The drive was very easy and the environment was peaceful. I could not have asked for a better place to spend my time. The backyard of the house was by far the best in the area and truly blissful.

For Labor day weekend, this was a great escape for my friends and I! This beach home is lovely and the location is awesome. The set up was very convenient. Great oceanview w/sunsets and dolphins! Only a few mins away from Rosarito. We're definitely returning..thanks Lili! :)

Wow this house is absolutely awesome! I went down with 10 friends and we were all comfortably accomodated in our rooms. The hot tub was warm for one day and that wonderful to be able to sit in the hot tub and watch the sun set with the gorgeous view that this place has. I would recommend this place to anyone

I went down to have a good time with a group of friends in July of 2005. Because of this house, I had an awesome time. Between having the beach right there, having a spa where you can sit and watch dolphins swim and a relaxing neighborhood feel, you really have to try hard not to enjoy yourself in this incredible location. No doubt that I would go back again.

This place is unbelievable. The house was unbelievable and the patio and stairs down to the beach will change your life. Ontop of the amazing place my friends and I got shoulder high A+ surf all three days we stayed. Thanks Carlos and Lilly, we will be back again.

I stayed at the house in August 2004. Great party and relaxation location. We did not even have to leave the house to enjoy the area! Watched the dolphins play in front of the house about 10 ft from the shore....awesome! Highly recommend!!

The villa was very accomodating for a party of 12. We had a wonderful time. From the spa, to the fire pit, to the large kitchen-this place was better than a home in Las Gaviotas. We will definitely be returning again. The community was safe, the guards were very helpful, and the pizzaria at the South entrance was delicious. The community was also very friendly. Thanks to the Ruiz family for the use of the perfect vacation home.

We spent the most wonderful three days at this lovely villa. It is first class all the way. The beach front property was very well kept and every ammenity you can think of was at our fingertips. We have told all our friends about this great vacation spot so close to home. We pland to go back very soon. On a scale from 1-10, we rate this place a 13+.

I stayed here for Spring Break with 10 of my girls. It was a GREAT time! It's very relaxing and the neighbors are awesome! The owners are great and easy to get along with. I definately will be doing business with them for future trips!

I stayed at this place twice last year. It was such an enjoyable and relaxing experience. It is the best house on the block. The Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean was the key ingredient to my great vacation.
