Located on the third floor of Amelia Surf & Racquet Club with on-site tennis courts, pools and charcoal grills, adjacent bike/walk trails and nearby golf courses, this condo could be YOUR next escape site. HDTV and wireless are included. The fully-equipped kitchen is a convenient compliment to local restaurants. Fernandina Beach’s Historic District offers shops, waterfront, dining spots, a museum, live theatre and 19th century structures. At the island’s north end, Ft. Clinch State Park offers history and nature enhanced with a view of Cumberland Island. Or, just relax and enjoy the view from the condo.
The condo is reserved from January through March 2012. Please review our comments and online calendar before planning your next get-away!
PLEASE NOTE: We are advised by the property's management company that the ELEVATOR in our building (A) will be OUT OF SERVICE from April 16 to May 15, 2012 (dates subject to change). Buildings B and C are also affected by this outage. The rental rate during this time will be adjusted for that inconvenience. However, please be aware that it will be necessary to use the stairs to this third floor condo during this time.
In addition, the kitchen drains in units on floors 1, 2 and 3 will be replaced in all buildings, resulting in two days when the drain cannot be used. All other drains in the condo will be operational. This work is currently scheduled to occur in our unit on April 12 and 13, 2012 (dates subject to change).

When we got to Amelia Island, and walked into this condo for our getaway from home, we were so pleased. It is nicely decorated, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, fabulous views of the ocean..you could hear the waves crashing in, it was fantastic. This was our 39th wedding anniversary, and it was more than we expected. What a wonderful time we had, and we would definitely recommend this condo if you are thinking of getting away, and still have the feeling of home. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings to drink our coffee. Wonderful location, wonderful weekend..memories made. It's a hop, skip and a jump to Fernandina Beach, where you will find great shopping and wonderful restaurants. Don't miss out on this one!

This was our first trip to Amelia Island and it was a perfect vacation. The condo is extremely clean, very spacious, and fully stocked. The pictures on the website are good, but they do not do that view justice. We spent most of our time out there... and at O'Kanes in town! We will definitely be back!

A Condo with Everything

We stayed at this condo for a week in April, 2011. We loved the location on the quiet south end of the island. The condo was very clean and included everything - very well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, Wi-Fi, etc. The view of the beach was excellent from the balcony, and the walk to the beach maybe 200 feet. The condo building was very quiet as was the beach. We enjoyed the restaurants in Fernandina beach (10 min, drive), Fort Clinch civil war re-enactment, the boat excursion to Cumberland Island, hiking on Little Talbot Island, and my daughter was thrilled to ride horseback on the beach at Kelly's Seahorse Ranch. We hope to return to this wonderful island and this condo!

We absolutely loved the accomodations and the view of the beach is AWESOME. We have been visiting the island for the last 10 years and it just never gets old. We have rented twice through VRBO#189250 at Amelia Island and it is fantasic. We always come down for the Shrimp Festival in May and this most recent visit was in October and the weather was great! The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything that you could possibly need along with beautiful sandy beaches and is the best place for lots of rest and relaxation. You can sit on the deck and enjoy your breakfast with the sun coming up or enjoy an evening with the full moon. The beach is wonderful and so pretty as well. We have had great communication with the condo owners and that alone was one of the main reasons that we decided to rent again. Hopefully we will be visiting again in May and October of 2011. Don't let this one pass you by.....I promise that you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I spent a weekend in this well maintained, lovely condo. It was all we hoped for. Everything you could want was provided for. The location is great. Marge was terrific at answering any questions we had before we arrived. We spent every morning walking on the beach and toured the historic areas in the afternoon. We would highly recommend this condo to others.

We held our breath as we opened the door to the condo for the first time, fearful that we would be disappointed. We weren't and, in fact, the condo exceeded our expectations. The smiles on our faces were proof that we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The time passed very quickly; seems as though we just arrived when it was time to leave. We have already talked about coming back, but next time will probably wait until the weather cools a bit, maybe in May or September. We will let all of our friends know what a great place you have. It was perfect for us to do our morning beach walks, bicycling down the Amelia Island Parkway and adjoining neighborhoods, and in general just relaxing and doing nothing. The view was perfect, the condo was comfortable, clean and just as advertised. Thank you for making our vacation care-free and enjoyable.
