We especially were impressed with the close access to the beach! Condo very clean and tastefully decorated! Amelia Island fabulous! Thank you for your warm southern hospitality!

When we got to Amelia Island, and walked into this condo for our getaway from home, we were so pleased. It is nicely decorated, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, fabulous views of the ocean..you could hear the waves crashing in, it was fantastic. This was our 39th wedding anniversary, and it was more than we expected. What a wonderful time we had, and we would definitely recommend this condo if you are thinking of getting away, and still have the feeling of home. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings to drink our coffee. Wonderful location, wonderful weekend..memories made. It's a hop, skip and a jump to Fernandina Beach, where you will find great shopping and wonderful restaurants. Don't miss out on this one!

This was our first trip to Amelia Island and it was a perfect vacation. The condo is extremely clean, very spacious, and fully stocked. The pictures on the website are good, but they do not do that view justice. We spent most of our time out there... and at O'Kanes in town! We will definitely be back!

A Condo with Everything

We stayed at this condo for a week in April, 2011. We loved the location on the quiet south end of the island. The condo was very clean and included everything - very well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, Wi-Fi, etc. The view of the beach was excellent from the balcony, and the walk to the beach maybe 200 feet. The condo building was very quiet as was the beach. We enjoyed the restaurants in Fernandina beach (10 min, drive), Fort Clinch civil war re-enactment, the boat excursion to Cumberland Island, hiking on Little Talbot Island, and my daughter was thrilled to ride horseback on the beach at Kelly's Seahorse Ranch. We hope to return to this wonderful island and this condo!

Great Amelia Island Getaway

This condo was a wonderful choice for a two week late fall vacation on Amelia Island. We found it to be just like the owner described it. And yes, the view is magnificent especially the sunrise each morning! The condo is tastefully decorated, comfortable and very clean. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The owner was very helpful with questions that we wanted answered. We will definetly consider a return visit to this condo. Great choice for a relaxing beach vacation.

Beauty, Rest & Relaxation - What a Blessing!

We absolutely loved the accomodations and the view of the beach is AWESOME. We have been visiting the island for the last 10 years and it just never gets old. We have rented twice through VRBO#189250 at Amelia Island and it is fantasic. We always come down for the Shrimp Festival in May and this most recent visit was in October and the weather was great! The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything that you could possibly need along with beautiful sandy beaches and is the best place for lots of rest and relaxation. You can sit on the deck and enjoy your breakfast with the sun coming up or enjoy an evening with the full moon. The beach is wonderful and so pretty as well. We have had great communication with the condo owners and that alone was one of the main reasons that we decided to rent again. Hopefully we will be visiting again in May and October of 2011. Don't let this one pass you by.....I promise that you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I spent a weekend in this well maintained, lovely condo. It was all we hoped for. Everything you could want was provided for. The location is great. Marge was terrific at answering any questions we had before we arrived. We spent every morning walking on the beach and toured the historic areas in the afternoon. We would highly recommend this condo to others.

Great View, Great Condo!

We held our breath as we opened the door to the condo for the first time, fearful that we would be disappointed. We weren't and, in fact, the condo exceeded our expectations. The smiles on our faces were proof that we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The time passed very quickly; seems as though we just arrived when it was time to leave. We have already talked about coming back, but next time will probably wait until the weather cools a bit, maybe in May or September. We will let all of our friends know what a great place you have. It was perfect for us to do our morning beach walks, bicycling down the Amelia Island Parkway and adjoining neighborhoods, and in general just relaxing and doing nothing. The view was perfect, the condo was comfortable, clean and just as advertised. Thank you for making our vacation care-free and enjoyable.

This was our first vist to Amelia Island and we could not have selected a more perfect location. Steve and Marge's unit was immaculate and is in an ideal location. The unit is conveniently located to the beach and pool and is just a short drive to many great restaurants in Fernandina Beach, If future vacations bring us back to Amelia Island this unit will definitely be our first choice. For anyone planning a vacation to Amelia Island give this unit a try, you won't be sorry.

We had a great time during our 8-day stay. The condo is very nice, clean and has everything what is needed to be comfortable and feel to be welcomed. The city has many restorants and it is no problems with parking a car in downtown. Our favorite place to eat is 29 South. Publix has a good selection of wine. This place is on our list to come back. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Our week at your condo was great! The property was just as pictured. The beach was perfect for walking and running, Which we did every day. We would highly recommend this condo. Excellent Choice on Amelia Island

My wife and I recently spent a great weekend at Amelia Island in this terrific condo. The unit is in excellent condition, very tastefully decorated and right on the beach. The view from the unit is incredible. I would highly recommend staying at this location and we look forward to renting the condo again.

We were looking forward to a relaxing babymoon on the beach and this property provided everything we had hoped for. The apartment is in perfect condition with attention to traveller needs throughout, from kitchen to laundry to beach chairs. The view from both the living room and the balcony was amazing. We caught the last day of the Shrimp Festival, which was a lot of fun. We spent the rest of the week walking on the beach, horseback riding, playing tennis and enjoying the variety of restaurants on the island. Kelly's Courtyard Cafe and 29 South were among our favoriates. We've definitely added Amelia Island to our top vacation spots.
