Our guests have been very satisfied with our unit. We encourage you to read the posted reviews. We were completely sold out this past season from Xmas through the end of the ski season. This Arrowleaf corner unit is an ultra-luxury multi-million dollar three bedroom, three and a half bath, approximate 2,000 square foot condo. It has the largest floorplan and living areas of all Arrowleaf units! Each bedroom has a private bath and mountain views! The unit was professionally decorated by renowned interior designer, Interiors With Oohs and Aahs. All furniture was custom designed for this unit. The unit also includes original oil artwork by local Utah artists. No expense was spared. We encourage you to view the photos of the unit as it is nothing short of spectacular. All mattresses are of the highest quality for maximum comfort. Luxurious bedding with high thread-count linens are on every bed. The closets were custom designed with plenty of storage space. The bath towels are thick and luxurious. The dining room table includes seating for eight (8). Large and comfortable approx. 11' by 11' sofa in Great Room (great for a nap or just watching the 52 inch Sharp Aquos HDTV by the fire).
In summary, our unit was designed for use by our family and friends and is only rented for limited portions of the ski season. It is a long-term investment and we designed it to be enjoyed by all. Our guests this past ski season included actors and executives in the entertainment industry. Arrowleaf has been recently written about in luxury travel magazines. We are proud to welcome you to our family's second home.
Our unit has the best floor plan in the Arrowleaf complex and has the largest living areas. We encourage you to compare. When you open the front door, you will see the unobstructed gorgeous mountain views from the floor to ceiling windows in the Great Room.
We have upgraded the unit during construction to include amenities that other units do not have:
*A 52 inch Sharp Aquos HDTV (other units have smaller TV's) over the beautiful fireplace with custom surround sound, in-ceiling speakers (eight in total), Harmon-Kardon receiver with IPOD dock and Blu-Ray player. All are controlled by programmed Harmony remote. DVR included!
*A 46 inch Sharp Aquos HDTV in the master bedroom, with in-ceiling speakers over the king bed, stereo receiver with DVD player and IPOD dock. All are controlled by programmed Harmony remote.
*32 inch Sharp Aquos HDTV's and DVD players with programmed remotes in the other two guest bedrooms.
*Satellite boxes are hi-def and include HBO and Showtime.
Further, unlike other units, our unit has a large custom stone deck overlooking the mountain's ski runs with two teak Adirondack rocking chairs, table and teak loveseat. We also had a custom gas grill station with granite counter installed on the deck.
*Hi speed secured wireless internet access is included in the unit. A fax machine is also included in the unit.

Why the Owner Chose Empire Pass, Arrowleaf
My family has skied throughout the western United States. We visited Deer Valley about ten years ago and from that time have never wanted to go anywhere else. Deer Valley resort has first-class skiing (with amazing snow and grooming), great food and wonderful service. Deer Valley is five minutes from Main Street in Park City, which is lined with great restaurants, bars and shops. Deer Valley is also just 35 miles from Salt Lake City Airport, which has direct flights from most major cities.
A friend of ours bought a Deer Valley home and invited us to visit in the summer. It was great-so much to do. That was it. We knew that we wanted to own property there because we would use it year-round. We waited for the Empire Pass development in Deer Valley to be approved and began looking at property. We chose our Arrowleaf condominium because of its great ski-in/ski-out location on the Silver Buck ski run and Silver Strike lift. We then hired an interior designer and customized it during construction. It has the best open layout with amazing mountain views. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Our friends who visit us are begging to come back.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The location on the ski run and amazing mountain views are fabulous. The interior design finishes are outstanding. We watch the sun rise every morning from the great room, with the fireplace on. We never tire of this view. We then go to our ski locker and ski out of our building. What a great location!
Talisker Tower facility includes restaurant, bar and spa facilities. Includes great gym and outdoor heated pool and spa. Great outdoor seating with a fire-pit for food and drinks on the slopes.
Hi speed detachable quad lift located at the base of the Silver Buck ski run.
Mid-mountain area of Deer Valley. Stein Erikson Lodge is located here. Five minutes from Arrowleaf. You can ski down to this area from Silver Strike lift.

I have a wonderful family with a wife and three teenage daughters. We love coming to our slope-side Arrowleaf condominium. We visit during both the winter and summer months. Our time there is cherished by our family and friends. Our guests have all been absolutely thrilled with our property. We are happy that they also see it as a "perfect" vacation property. We stayed in this amazing ski-in/out condo during the Sundance Film Festival. The owners treated us like family. The unit was even more beautiful than the photos on the website depict. The owners have thought of absolutely everything. This was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. Pure luxury! By the way, it was exciting to see celebrities staying in our building. I knew that your condo would be beautiful from your posted pictures. However, the online pictures don't do it justice. When your concierge opened the front door I could not get over just how amazing your unit was. The mountain views were magnificent and the interior was incredible. Everything was perfect. We have stayed in Vail and Beaver Creek in luxury ski-in/out condos the last seven years and wanted to try Deer Valley. We were recommended to your condo by a good friend that had stayed there last season. She told me that it was the nicest condo she had ever stayed in. She was absolutely right. Your unit was by far the nicest ski condo my family has ever visited. It just blew all the other's we had stayed in away. Wow. Also, your layout is so perfect. The great room is very large and the furniture is luxurious. We all enjoyed family time there each night by the fire. Your decorator did a great job. The beds were also really comfortable and we loved the obviously expensive comforters. Just great. Even my husband, who always complains that the beds aren't comfortable whenever we travel, commented that the beds were just like home. That speaks volumes. Your location on the Silver Buck ski run is fantastic and the Talisker Tower is first-class. Thank you for arranging for us up to be able to use it. We walked across the hill and had a great breakfast there each morning. Thank you Jay and Debbie for sharing your home and making us feel so welcome. You treated us like family and we really appreciated it. I can't thank you enough. We are going to tell all of our friends that ski Vail and Beaver Creek to stay in your Deer Valley condo. We had never rented before on vrbo and my husband and I were a bit apprehensive. However, we called the owner and he was absolutely devoted to our guest experience. We immediately felt very comfortable. He told me that he only rents his unit during ski season and had completely customized it for his family's personal use. He told me that the pictures did not do it justice. Upon arrival, we were blown away. We have previously stayed in Aspen and Beaver Creek-always a luxury property. However, this unit was by far the nicest and most custom condominium we have ever stayed in. Our friends rented another unit in the same building. Jay, the owner told me that his unit had the best layout and largest living areas. He was right. The custom surround sound system with 52 inch flatscreen, blu-ray and speakers in the ceiling were incredible. I learned that this is the only unit where the owner had actually expanded the fireplace area to accommodate this large tv. The other units have smaller tvs over the fireplace and no surround sound. Other custom touches included beautiful (and obviously expensive) custom closets with drawers and plenty of hanging space, There was also high-hat lighting and ceiling fans in every bedroom, as well as additional lighting throughout the unit. The owner told me that he had spent over 100k on the interior and furnishings-I could see that he was right. In short, the unit was perfect! It was well stocked with every kitchen appliance and utensil one could every need. The dining room table and chairs were so upscale that we asked for the name of his decorator. Additionally, the owner was very passionate about ensuring that our Deer Valley experience was memorable. He told me that he wanted every guest to feel as if they were his personal guest. He went out of his way to help with everything. He arranged for the refrigerator to be stocked for us. His concierge person, Paul, could not have been more helpful. They assisted with skis to be personally delivered to us and even assisted with dinner reservations. He learned that it was my husband's birthday and delivered a bottle of wine to him and called to wish him birthday greetings on the exact date. Needless to say, our vacation was the best ski trip that we have ever had. I am happy to post this review and hope that the owners, Jay and Debbie, read it. I want to publicly thank them for allowing us to stay in their condo and making us feel so very welcome. Stay there.
