Why the Owner Chose Cathedral City
After seeing lots of properties around Palm Springs, I was taken by the beauty of the Desert Princess Resort. The grounds are immaculate and the facilities are amazing. I bought a place that I could actually retire in.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Having the two full bathrooms with laundry is great. Also as an end unit I have better views. The cross breezes are amazing. The high ceilings make this unit feel like a home and I have furnished it with the things that I require. I am always adding things when I visit.
