I have rented Claudia's home in the past and was so impressed the last time that I visited again this year. The upgrades are fantastic. Even though the weather was so warm that the guests did not go skiing (the slopes were open), we had such a phenomenal time in the house and the outlets that it didn't matter.

We had a great ski mini-vacation here. The home is accurately depicted in the photos - clean, comfortable and well appointed. The views from the deck are wonderful and the location is centrally located and ideal. The owner (Claudia) is very responsive and extremely helpful. Claudia, The townhouse was wonderful! Clean and comfortable. Everything you need is in kitchen. And plenty of games if you need. Felt just like home. The downstairs was great, especially for the 2 teenagers we had there. They had their own area to hang out. As for the adults we enjoyed the living room and deck area, and walks around neighborhood. We had a wonderful three generation family vacation at this property (two in their late fifties, four in their thirties, and children 15, 9, and 1). We found the property to be as advertised; scenic locale, fully furnished and stocked, well maintained, very clean and is exactly as depicted in the pictures on the website. The nine of us were very comfortable with sleeping accommodations, leisure space, dining space or just hanging out having a drink on one of the decks. We prepared several meals on site, there's a nice big grille, plenty of dishes, pots 'n pans, silverware, utensils, etc. The owner was very responsive to any question, was easy to contact and returned calls and emails promptly. As spread out as our ages are, we found a lot of activities to enjoy together: the nearby Camelback waterpark; Pocono Whitewater rafting (okay Grammie babysat that day); scenic rides; Buck Hill Falls Park; and, when the shoppers wanted to hit the factory outlets, the rest of us chose one of the area's beautiful golf courses to play. In between all that, some of us used the clean, spacious pool regularly, too. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, though we stuck with more family atmoshpere. The ones I would return to are the Tannersville Inn or Barley Creek Brewing (for dinner), and Billy's Pocono Diner or Village Deli (breakfast and lunch). All in all we had a fantastic time and would readily recommend this townhouse and vacation area to anyone.

My family and I had an awesome time over the Memorial Day weekend vacationing at this townhouse in the Poconos. The listing description and photos accurately reflect the townhouse once we arrived. Prior to, during, and after our stay Claudia was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had. This was my second time staying at this townhouse and it was everything that I remembered from my first visit last year. It was in excellent condition, extremely clean, and perfect for a long weekend. I can't wait to return in the future for another mini vacation with family and friends. I would definitely recommend this townhouse to anyone interested in rest and relaxation or fun and excitement with family and friends. In addition, I highly recommend shopping at the Tannersville Outlets and going to Camelbeach for fun in the sun. My family and I truly enjoyed the weekend! Thanks Claudia for everything!!

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway! It was very clean and well stocked. Everyone was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. It looked like a model home. It was spacous and the decks were awesome. It was nice that we were able to bring our dogs too. They also loved it. We will definitely come back.

Hi Claudia, We just returned home from our weekend stay, and we wanted to thank you again for allowing us to rent the condo. My wife had writen in your guest book at how much we appreciated finding a clean place that takes pets. We loved the fact that we could bring our dog along. We rented a place in the Outer Banks before that took pets, and it was a disaster(smelly & messy). We absolutely loved our stay, and you will be hearing from us again for next year. We did just want to mention one thing. We got there just in time to eat dinner, and the plates were dirty. It looked as though someone over stuffed the dishwasher, they all had black residue and food stuck on them. We just thought you would want to know. Owner response:I will address this to the cleaning staff. The guests are asked to start the dishwasher, before they leave and then the cleaning staff will put them away. Claudia... We had a great time and your townhouse is beautiful, as is the entire development. Everybody had a wonderful time. The security people were helpful and friendly, directing us to the trash compactor, and answering any questions. The view at night was stunning. It was incredibly clean... you have a great cleaning lady! The proximity to the mountain, outlets and town was great... 2 minutes to the lodge, if that! One thing we didn't realize was that we should have been recycling. We did eventually realize it and did, but initially, we didn't see anything about it until we saw the separate compactor. Maybe you could leave a little note about it as we are all big recyclers but have gone away to places where they don't recycle. Otherwise, your notes and labels were so helpful and avoided any confusion and guesswork. I would definitely, without hesitation, stay at your place again. The kids (and adults too) said it ranked as one of their top faves which from teenagers, is an over the top compliment :) TY again. Enjoy the rest of the season. Sincerely, Sue

Hi Claudia, Everything was perfect! We had a really good time, my girls went snow tubing and had a blast! The townhouse was lovely as usually, the only thing you may need to check is the heat in the basement bedroom, it really never warmed up in there. Other then that everything was just great! Even the dogs had a good time. We look forward to renting from you again in the future. Thank You Stacey

Hi Claudia, Sorry to get back to you late. Your place is lovely. Everything is fine except the ramp in the front was too slippery, some of us fell. And I didn't see any compactor, so we brought our garbage with us and dump it in our place. We had great time here and would love to come back again soon. Thank you, Amy
Owner response:Sorry to hear about the steps. It has been horrible with the snow storm and ice storms! I know everyone loves snow to ski, but I think when it is ice, it is a different story. There is bucket of SALT in the outside storage closet, for your use. Let's hope no more ice storms, this year. The compactor is behind the overflow parking lot.

My family and I had a fabulous time on our vacation to Camelback Mountain. Claudia's townhome exceeded all of our expectations. Claudia was so easy to work with and she was very prompt when responding to any questions regarding the rental. The property was very clean and well maintained and my family really felt at home. The location was great as it was close to skiing, snow tubing, shopping at the outlets and the casino. There were plenty of activities at the house as well. Just a quick note to say what a great time all 3 generations of our family had staying at your place at Camelback. The house is terrific and was perfect for us. The proximity to the slopes was ideal for the skiing/tubing generation, while others sought their "thrills" at nearby Mt. Airy Casino. And nothing could be prettier than the view of the slopes illuminated at night. The downstairs quarters with the recreaton was perfect for our grandchildren and their parents. The place works very well for anyone planning a ski holiday in the Poconos. Everything we needed was available, right down to the firewood.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. Love the new wood floors in the living room/dining room. It is such a wonderful place. It was snowing when we woke up & we looked out the telescope & it was just perfect! I will definitely go back in the future.

We had a glorious weekend in the Pocono Mts. October there, is a special gift to the eyes. At the tip of Northridge there is a State Park where you can be on top of the world and see for miles. We chose this home in case the weather didn't cooperate because of it's appeal to all ages. The variety of games you could play in the roomy recreation room kept everyone busy and having fun. Choose to stay here if you want LOCATION, cleanliness, and all the comforts of home.

The description and pictures are exact, its in a great location, minutes from Camelback Mountain and the house itself is beautiful. My family and myself wanted to get away for the Labor Day weekend, and I am happy to say that all 10 of us had a blast. First and foremost, the house is in a beautiful location, and close to Everything! The outlets are five minutes away, and the waterpark is literally walking distance! IT was just a bummer that it was chilly all weekend:-( The house is big, clean, and fully-equipped! There's no better way for me to phrase it but saying that it was ''a home away from home''. The game room was entertaining for the kids, and the adults. Can't wait to go back!

This was the second time I rented Claudia's Townhouse. We had 6 adults, 6 Children and our dog again this year. Everyone was able to have there own space and having three bathrooms was great. The property is very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook meals for 12. There is a great supermarket & pizzeria just 5 minutes away. For a small fee we also used the community pool, It was also very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this townhouse and can't wait to go back again.

We were very happy with the condition and layout of the townhouse. We were 6 adults and 4 children (three families). Everybody had their own space since there were 3 levels. Claudia was great to deal with and was quick to respond to any of our questions/needs. It rained for a good part of our week but the kids enjoyed hanging out, playing games and watching dvd's! Plenty to do for families locally as well (indoors and outdoors).

We were a group of two adults and four teenagers, and the home more than met our needs. Very spacious and beautifully maintained - we hated when it was time to leave! Close to Camelbeach/Camelback, shopping at the Crossings and Mount Airy Casino.

House was overall great, very well kept. The basement toys, bikes in porch, and master suite were definitely standouts. Location also extremely convenient to Camel Beach and outlets. Claudia was very responsive to any additional questions we had, making our experience more enjoyable. Only downside was needing to haul the garbage by car down to the dumpster. Otherwise, everything was great!
Owner response:Unfortunately, this is how it is done in many townhouses. The garbage must be brought down to the dumpsters, on the way out. The cleaning staff has over 80 houses and they can't take the garbage out for all the townhouses. Every townhouse I have been to had the same policy. Hotels don't have this policy, but vacation rentals usually do. Thank you for the review! :)

Claudia, thank you for providing us with a beautiful, fully equipped and spacious Poconos vacation rental home. We were a total of six persons (4 adults and 2 children), so we had more than enough room for everyone’s enjoyment. The children loved the downstairs family room, the games/entertainment system, as well as the townhouse’s proximity to Camelbeach Waterpark (it really was 2 minutes away!). The kitchen had every appliance, cooking utensil, cookware and even seasoning/spice that we could possibly need (next time I won’t have to bring as much stuff!). Your “starter kit” was more than adequate, and the clean bedding and extra pillows were a big help. Everything was so clean and organized and so close to many Poconos activities! We will definitely return!

We had a total of 6 adults and 7 kids. We were amazed that we didn't need to bring anything at all. We mad a trip to Weis and picked up a few groceries and that was all. We all loved the house, especially the kids. From running around the downstairs and all of the games and nintendo. The adults loved it because it gave us a chance to have "a little" peace and quiet. The weather didn't really cooperate for us on the weekend but the house definitely made up for it. We will be giving you a call to hopefully make a weekend winter trip to Camelback!!

Dear Claudia Thank you for a wonderful vacation. The town house was equipped with all the necessities of home. The family attractions were very close. The directions were good. The kids enjoyed the game room, the pool, and the walks thru the complex. Thank you again. Hope to visit again in the spring.
