Beautiful home that has just been completely renovated inside and out. All new furnishings, bedding, appliances, electronics etc. In ground heated pool, boat dock and direct Gulf of Mexico access, screened lanai, wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors and more. Luxuriate in one of two Jacuzzi tubs. Each bedroom has its own private bath and in the lower level is a beautiful bonus room with sleeping accommodations for 2 additional guest and private bath. 2 car garage, paver drive and pool deck, lushly landscaped and maintained to perfection. I've rented private homes myself and have been truly disappointed. This home is on that you will be proud to stay in and entertain family and friends. It is in a quiet neighborhood of million plus dollar homes. You are close to fine dining, water sports, shopping and of course, the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico on Bonito Beach are just 1 short block away. If you want the best this is the one for you.

VRBO Bear stayed here - 11/06/2008 I knew it was going to be a relaxing vacation when I walked in the door of this house. The beautiful hardwood floors, luxurious master suite, and private pool all spelled one word- RELAXATION. We spent a lot of time lounging poolside and sitting in the screened-in lanai enjoying the beautiful weather. Situated in a quiet neighborhood just off the beach, we were close to everything we needed. The back of the house featured a dock with direct access to the gulf which was perfect for fishing.
From the house, we took a short walk down to Bonita Beach where the cool sea breezes and warm water made for a fun day. Bonita Beach was a beautiful white sand beach with great fishing, seashells galore, and beautiful sunsets. Nearby, there were several restaurants within walking distance. Plus, shopping and local area activities were merely a short drive away.
Our stay in this house was very relaxing and we had a great time in the Bonita Beach area. If you're looking for a great place to vacation, check out this lovely home.

We are just minutes from fine dining, Coconut Point Town Center, The Promenade and of course, beautiful Naples too. Lot's to do in a laid back atmosphere. Once you have enjoyed a Bonita vaction you'll be back.

FIRST, WE USE THIS HOME OURSELVES, IT IS NOT SPARSLEY FURNISHED WITH ODDS AND ENDS, THE KITCHEN IS FULLY STOCKED WITH PROPER UTINSELS, GLASSWARE ETC AND WE KEEP THE HOME PROFESSIONALLY MAINTAINED INSIDE AND OUT. I HAVE RENTED LOTS OF HOME AND THIS IS CERTAINLY ON THE TOP OF THE LIST. WE HAVE NOT DISAPPOINTED OUR GUESTS.YOU ARE A TWO MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH AND WE ARE ON THE SOUTH END OF THE ISLAND SO TRAFFIC ON AND OFF IS NOT A PROBLEM.MANY FINE RESTUARANTS AND SHOPS ALL WITHIN MINUTES AND GOLF COURSES EVERYWHERE. BRING YOU BOAT OR JET SKIS, THE DOCK IS BEHIND THE HOUSE WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO THE GULF OF MEXICO.

WE LIVE IN FT. MYERS AND WANTED A WEEKEND HOME NEAR ENOUGH THAT WE WOULD ACTUALLY USE IT SO BONITA BEACH WAS THE PERFECT SOLUTION. IT IS EASY TO GET TO, QUIET AND HAS VERY LITTLE COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY. THE BEACH IS ONE OF THE NICEST IN THE AREA.
