The large first-floor family room, dining room, and kitchen are open to the veranda and pool. The living room is a quieter space apart from the rest of the first floor. The master bedroom is adjacent to the veranda, with a king-sized bed plus day bed, walk-in closet, master bath with double sinks, large tub, and separate shower. There is also a half bath, washer and dryer, and 2-car garage on the first floor. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a queen, and a full bath. The large second floor hallway includes a sofabed.
The property backs up to one of Sea Oaks ponds and is close to the 3000-mile Intracoastal Waterway. A large shared neighborhood pool is less than a 2 minute walk down the lane. Membership in the 16-clay-court tennis club and the beach club is available for $425/month. A new $2 million expanded fitness center opened this spring. Due to Sea Oaks regulations, this property is available for a minimum 30-day rental period from December through April and for one-week rentals from May through November.

We are a retired couple from Marblehead Ma. We use this property for part of the year with our daughters and 7 grandchildren who come and go as their vacation permits. All of the furniture, Art works,electronics and kitchen accessories are new in the Fall of 2008.
