Beautiful 2300 sq.ft Home with 20'X34' screen-enclosed lanai with 12'X24' free-form heated salt water pool, attached hot tub, shower, and a covered 10x19 veranda for outdoor dining and grilling next to the pool.
The large first-floor family room, dining room, and kitchen are open to the veranda and pool. The living room is a quieter space apart from the rest of the first floor. The master bedroom is adjacent to the veranda, with a king-sized bed plus day bed, walk-in closet, master bath with double sinks, large tub, and separate shower. There is also a half bath, washer and dryer, and 2-car garage on the first floor. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a queen, and a full bath. The large second floor hallway includes a sofabed.
The property backs up to one of Sea Oaks ponds and is close to the 3000-mile Intracoastal Waterway. A large shared neighborhood pool is less than a 2 minute walk down the lane. Membership in the 16-clay-court tennis club and the beach club is available for $425/month. A new $2 million expanded fitness center opened this spring. Due to Sea Oaks regulations, this property is available for a minimum 30-day rental period from December through April and for one-week rentals from May through November.

We are a retired couple from Marblehead Ma. We use this property for part of the year with our daughters and 7 grandchildren who come and go as their vacation permits. All of the furniture, Art works,electronics and kitchen accessories are new in the Fall of 2008.

This house has everything you need for an active family....bikes & scooters for kids, kites, beach & pool toys, tennis rackets, fishing poles, and the best part....a private pool & hot tub! My kids were never bored...played tennis, fished at Marina, daily beach trips, bike rides down the jungle trail...rode scooters everywhere! House is bright & beautifully decorated. Elegant but family-friendly decor. Equipped with everything that we needed. We can't wait to return to your beautiful home and to Sea Oaks!!

We absolutely loved renting this beautiful home. Vero Beach is a nature-lovers paradise, Sea Oaks is a friendly, safe, and well-planned neighborhood with lovely private beach access and river access. The Howard's home is spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything our family needed was right here. Our entire experience with VRBO was very smooth. The Howards are fantastic people to rent from and this house is the best!!
