Near the McDowell Mountains lies the Village of Grayhawk, a beautiful and spacious luxury condo development located within the Grayhawk master-planned community. The Village itself is located 2 miles from a major freeway and away from noise and a view of any streets. Three large heated pools/spas and 2 separate workout facilities are walking distance from the front door.
The spacious unit is 1835 sq. ft. with an attached 2 car garage. All rooms are on the first floor-no stairs to climb! Unlike most condos, the covered patio is very private and quiet with no walking paths near it to reduce your privacy.
This beautifully decorated condo has two bedrooms and sleeps 5 comfortably. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, sitting area, and TV, and a bath with separate tub and shower and 2 sinks.
The guest room in the other wing has a queen bed, desk and a full bath next to it. There is a den with two new recliners and a 2 seater convertible sofa where you can enjoy a new 37" HDTV. The open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room and a living room with a flip-on fireplace and lots of comfortable seating will maximize your enjoyment. The owners live 15 minutes from the Village and are at your service should the need arise. The unit is only 4 years old and is a first year rental. It is immaculate! It was our winter home in Scottsdale.
The Grayhawk Community itself offers the acclaimed Grayhawk Golf Club, which includes an award-winning 40,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, complete golf shop, locker rooms, exquisite indoor dining, or alfresco dining at Phil's Grill and the Quill Creek Cafe.
