This freshly Refurbished apartment has an excellent Location a few meters to the via Condotti and it's Spanish Steps, the square of Aususto Imperatore is outside the door, the Navona Square, the Pantheon are a few minutes walk away, you cross the bridge and you are at the Vatican.

The apartment offers a high level of accommodation, Completely smoke free, this apartment is fully air conditioned and comes with a brand new kitchen, and comfortable furniture. The fully equipped kitchen has a four burner stove, kettle, toaster and everything you will need for preparing meals or snacks.

A living room with a comfortable sofa a large bedroom with queen size bed and large wardrobe, a bathroom with walk in shower, it is very quiet on the second floor with elevator and air conditioning.

A private Mercedes limousine service can be arranged at the time of booking. The English-speaking driver/guide is available throughout your stay on a space available basis.

We can provide with a pannier of breakfast supplies, wine, and fresh flowers. Special requests can also be satisfied upon request at booking time. Cleaning service can be arranged for an hourly rate. Bed Linen and towels are included.

  • My wife and I stayed here the the weekend of Feb 27, 2008. The location is great, just a 5-7 min walk to the Spanish Steps and a 10-15 min walk to the Pantheon. Great shops and eating around. The best part is the owners. We had a minor power problem the 1st night and the onwers came the next morning, fixed the problem, and gave us a partial refund. Just fantastic people. Highly recomend the place and the owners
