Hi Larry, Yes, we received the damage deposit refund cheque yesterday. Thanks for your promptness in the return of the same. The snow conditions this year certainly have been different. It was looking pretty grim in the weeks prior to our trip, however, then it started snowing heavily on the weekend that we arrived (it felt like Christmas in the village) and as a result we had fabulous powder conditions at the beginning of the week. It has continued to snow heavily since then (17 inches of fresh snow just last night) and so it looks like there may be some great spring skiing yet! Your place was great. Nice and cozy, well located and supplied. I can't think of any recommendations as we never felt lacking for anything. We enjoyed our only dinner out at Milestones. Thanks for the opportunity of allowing us the rental of your accommodation (and the reduced rate for the 4th night). We had a great time and we'lll certainly keep you in mind for future Whistler vacations. Cheers. Vic Krueger

Hi Wendy and Larry, I meant to writer earlier in the week but somehow life got in the way. Had a great time at Whistler despite the lack of snow. We only skied Monday,Tuesday and Thursday. Monday and Tuesday were thigh-busters-the snow was very heavy and wet and non-existent in many places. Couldn't ski any of the bowls and were restricted to the trails and very few of them. It snowed all day Wednesday and Thursday was picture perfect. Blue sky and sun an 8" of new stuff. Would have liked 5 of those days. Your condo was perfect - great location and wonderful directions . Ate at Black's, Caramba, Earl, the Old Spaghetti Factory and of course the piece de resistance Araxis. Visited with our friends in Vancouver and all in all had a very relaxing week! We will certainly recommend your unit to anyone who is interested........ Thanks again !!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe we'll see you out there one day! Kindest regards

Larry, I wanted to let you and Wendy know that we had a great time at Whistler. I have skied at Whistler at least once a year over the past 15 years and I thought I would find the worst conditions ever. I was wrong. We had great skiing. We skied mainly the chutes and bowls off Peak chair and Harmony chair at Whistler and the glaciers at Blackcomb. Jersey Cream chair provided access to some good over the side skiing as well. #310 Bear Lodge is a nice accommodation. We enjoyed the location and the quietness. Ralph

Hello Larry and Wendy,We arrived safe and sound back in Danmark, where everything is covered in snow and it’s colder than it was in Whistler !We had a great couple of days in your apartment, and I want to thank you for letting us stay there, I hope everything is fine. Thanks for the complimentary wine.So anyway, it’s back to work for me tomorrow. The snow was icy, but we had a great time. As you note, the spring weather made up for the poor snow. Overall our trip was great. Because of the poor snow conditions, it was very quiet last week. Normally this time of year is really busy in Whistler No major changes or recommendations. All and all a very good trip.

Hi Larry & Wendy, We really enjoyed our stay, and found it very handy staying in the village this time. Despite the relatively poor snow we managed some great days skiing. We would not have anything to add in terms of improving the condo. We found all the restaurants we went to very good, but also enjoyed being able to cook in if we wanted. Just wanted to touch base with you after our time spent at Whistler. The condo was comfortable and was certainly located in a convienent spot in the village. We left the condo as we found it and hopefully put everything back into the right spot. By the way.... the "bear" and other decorations are quite cute and unique ....enjoyed that. We moved a few things so as not to damage anything but put it all back correctly. Please keep us on your mailing or file list as we plan on visiting again in the spring when there is hopefully more snow. Happy New Year and again thank you.........

Dear Larry, thanks for asking, but those are not our clothes. I always wanted to send you an email after our stay to let you know, that we really had a fabulous time and that we hope, that we can return one day.
