This condo beats all the others for many reasons. It is so spacious and lovely it is like staying in a very upscale hotel suite. Large windows on two sides, as it is a quiet corner suite, allow this unit to be very bright. The decor is special, both elegant and casual at the same time. No fussy frills here. Beautiful furnishings and appointments. The large updated kitchen is a dream. Completely fitted out. The owner has thoughtfully anticipated all your needs. Dishes, utensils, linens, beds, bedding all new. Really it is a pleasure to stay here. I do want to mention it is 'spotlessly clean'. The patio on ground level has a view of lawn and palm trees with the sparkling swimming pool,hot tub and bbq only a few steps away. It is not unusual to be the only person enjoying these beautiful facilities. The complex itself is small, well arranged and only two levels. I have found other residents to be very friendly. Everyone enjoying the quiet desert beauty. The convenience to downtown and other shops a big draw. I have visited palm springs 4 times now and can't wait to come again. You won't make a mistake choosing to stay here. Thanks!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: Shari and Andy are married. Sisi is Shari's sister. We live in Vancouver, Canada where Shari is a bank manager, Sisi is a restaurant GM and Andy is a cheeky monkey. We all love vacationing in Palm Springs. Golf, walking and hiking are favourite activities. The area's great shopping and awesome selection of dining options make leisure time a lot of fun.
Why the Owner Chose Palm Villas:
We started vacationing in the Coachella Valley in 1992. We first rented a suite in Palm Villas in 2006 and we all loved the community. The owners and visitors at Palm Villas have been very friendly, lots of fun and we felt at home right away. We bought our first condo in 2008 and really enjoy being a part of this neighbourhood.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We all like the outdoors and the patio is perfect for meals and happy hours! A great day might include golf or walking in the morning followed by reading and soaking up the famous desert sun in our nearby pool area all afternoon. While relaxing is a must, we enjoy entertaining. The condo is spacious and the open plan has been fun for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres with friends.
