Our condo,50D,is a one bedroom two bath second story unit in Wailea Ekahi with sweeping ocean and garden views from the living room, kitchen and main lanai
The building is ideally situated to provide excellent crossventilation and the location provides open vistas and privacy all within a short walk to pools and the main beach pavilion.
The unit is light and airy with high ceilings furnished in a contemporary island motif and equipped with all the modern conveniences of home. Sleeping accommodations include a new "Perfect Sleeper" king size bed like the ones used by "Four Seasons" in the bedroom and a queen hide a bed in the living room.
The bedroom is air conditioned by an extremely quiet state of the art unit and provides access to a delightful private shaded lanai. Both of the bath vanities have just been rebuilt with top of the line granite, attractive cabinets and fixtures. The final results are spectacular!
This is a non smoking unit and we generally limit the occupancy to three individuals. Minimum rentals are one week.
