When you pick Azure's finest, you will know you made the right decision as you enter this beautiful condominium. You will love this beautiful Platinum grade sixth floor condominium (1513 sq feet) with a direct ocean view directly over one of two large ocean front pools at The Azure. This condominium assures you a million dollar view of the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Okaloosa Island beaches from a large 25' balcony.
The balcony is complete with lounge chairs and bar stool height chairs/table so your view is not obstructed by the railing while enjoying the gentle ocean breezes and listening to the waves caress the sugar white sand. You can watch your kids in the pool as you unwind and enjoy the incredible view.
The Azure is the nicest, most upscale condominium on Okaloosa Island and is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The Okaloosa Island Pier is a short 8 minute walk and Destin is only 6 miles away. This island prohibits condos greater than 6 floors so it is much less crowded than Destin and surrounding beaches. However, you are just a 5-10 minute drive from some of the nicest restaurants in the Florida Panhandle.
This new condo was furnished by a leading interior designer from the Destin area. The furnishings were completed in January 2007. The living room has been furnished with a beautiful sofa/sleeper and chairs that are very comfortable to relax as you sit and listen to the ocean. A beautiful armoire houses a large37" HDTV with Blueray DVD for you, if you wish to have a night in. Large beautiful pictures and decor abound in this condo.
The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with an armoire which also boasts a large 32" HDTV with Blueray DVD. The master bath has a large jetted Jacuzzi tub and a very impressive large walk-in shower. The showerhead is extra large and has plenty of water pressure which is hard to find at many beach condos. Both the living room and master bedroom have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that offer gorgeous views of the beach.
Both guest bedrooms have 22" HDTV's with DVD's. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and is beautifully decorated and the other has a nice sturdy bunk bed with a pull out trundle, (the kids love this kid friendly room). Each of the guest bedrooms has its own large full bathroom also complete with extra large shower heads and great water pressure.
The state of the art Kitchen is fully equipped and has upgraded appliances from Kitchen Aid including a convection oven. The dining area offers a gathering table which can seat six and four more can sit at the bar.

We have stayed in this unit several times now and just love it. The owner is always a joy to deal with and very reasonable. We always stay for an extended period of time and feel right at home. The beaches are the most beautiful we've seen--emerald waters, white sands, and dolphins every morning. The condo is located perfectly between shopping and dining in both Fort Walton Beach and Destin. Don't miss eating at McGuire's. We swam every day, and even made time to go geocaching! We're already counting the days until next time!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family spent our Thanksgiving holiday in this fabulous condo. It has everything you could want for a family gathering, especially a well equipped kitchen! The owners & Southern Resorts are wonderful to work with & make certain everything is top notch. We'll be back to stay again next year.
