Nestled in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains is our beautiful fully furnished home. It was built in 2006 and has only been used several months during that time...everything is like new. We put high quality furnishings in our house, as if we were the only ones who would use it. We built a front patio with a privacy pony wall.
This is located on a curve in the street, so you have a great place to read the paper and sip your morning brew. We also put in a huge backyard patio for your evening entertaining with seating for many (patio furniture and a flagstone knee wall). We have wonderful views of the Catalina's from both patio's.
The house is beautifully decorated in Southwestern Designs.

We love to golf and Saddlebrooke was the perfect match for our retirement plans. We wanted an active adult community with a lot of fitness choices.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love to sit out on the front patio in the morning and read the newspaper. In the evenings we enjoy the back patio with the setting sun on the mountains.

My husband taught Physical Education for 32 years. He coached Men's Volleyball and won 7 Wisconsin State Titles. He is now retired. I teach 7th and 8th grade science. I have coached Volleyball (1 State Championship) and Golf (1 State Championship)for 26 years. I am looking forward to retirement.

The home and setting were spectacular! The kitchen was completely furnished with high quality utensils, including a pizza slicer and a pie server. Completely furnished with quality furnishings, giving us the feeling that we were visiting a friend's home, and not renting a stranger's home. We would recommend renting this home to anyone looking for a great vacation!

This is our 3rd rental in December at this home. The home is great, all equipped in every way. Owners are easy to deal with and Saddlebrooke is so wonderful. Very pleased to have this opportunity to rent this home. Great TV's and internet connection. The furniture is so comfortable and the views are excellent.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

Any homeowner wishes a view. This home has two. From both the front and back patios there are views onto to the Santa Catalina Mountains. The ideal lot is set not only with elevation, but on a curve in the street providing long, satisfying views. This home is one of few that makes use of its front yard inviting you to come on out and sit. And we did. We shifted back and forth from front to back enjoying not only the mountains, but views of SaddleBrooke as well. Once you enjoy a home in SaddleBrooke with this view, it would be difficult to settle for other.

We stayed in their home for most of the month of December 2008. The home has great beds, very nice furnishings and is decorated very well. The kitchen is well stocked and the location is excellent. We rented their golf cart which was a big advantage. The owner was easy to work with. We definitely plan to return.
