It is the perfect beach getaway in the up-scale, yet casual resort of Gulf Place located off of scenic Highway 30-A (corner of 30-A & C.R. 393) in beautiful, peaceful Santa Rosa Beach, FL nestled between Destin and Seaside, FL., free from high rise hotels, crowds, congestion, and traffic.
This spacious unit, conveniently located on the 2nd floor is equipped with 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full baths, 2 built-in bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 8 comfortably) and features tasteful decor with a tropical motif (beachy casual). You will have a beautiful view of the gulf and lake from your large, private balcony as well as from the living room, dining room that seats 6 and fully equipped kitchen with large pantry. New stainless steel oven w/ smooth top/cooktop, There is ceramic tile in the kitchen, hallway, and 2 bathrooms. The dining room, living room and 2 bedrooms are carpeted. There are 3 flat screen televisions with cable and each has a DVD player and remote control - they are located in the living room and both bedrooms. There is a small stereo in the kitchen for your listening pleasure. This unit also has a new washer and dryer and internet access/WI-FI is available.
Whether venturing off directly across the street through deeded beach access routes - less than a 5 minute walk - to the sugar white sand and emerald blue water of the Gulf of Mexico (Florida's version of the caribbean), going to 1 of Gulf Place's great eateries (there are 4 onsite), clothing boutiques, artist colony, 2-acre grassy amphitheater, 3 pools all seasonally heated, hot tubs, tennis courts, biking, nature trails, 4 shuffleboard courts, or just relaxing and taking a break from it all, this is the vacation place for you. There is also an on-site bank and pharmacy. You can have your hair done or a manicure, pedicure, facial, or an invigorating massage at the on-site spa. The Santa Rosa Golf Club is located next door for the golf enthusiast. Head west toward Sandestin to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall (one of the country's largest), or east for a short drive along 30A to Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and world famous Seaside. Our family has been vacationing off Hwy 30A for over 11 years. My wife and I got married on the beach here. The peace, serenity, and convenience of the location as well as the amenities makes Gulf Place stand out from all of the rest. With less than a 5 minute walk thru deeded beach access and a beautiful view of both the lake & ocean from our 2nd floor unit, we couldn't resist purchasing. What's not to love?

Gulf Place is well managed and well kept.This was our second time to stay at Gulf Place. Different unit each time. We had a problem with the AC that was promptly resolved. The unit over all was in good condition, but the carpets are in desperate need of cleaning or better yet replaced. The view is pretty good. We rented bikes from Bid Daddy's. They were there when we arrived and in good condition with free delivery and pick up. Beach is very close. They also provided a beach umbrella and two chairs. Over all we had a good time and we will stay at Gulf Place again.

My stay at this condo was relaxing, convenient, quiet and enjoyable. Condo was close to everything and quiet. I highly recommend if you want a relaxing get-a-way. Pool and condo was clean. Beach is sooo pretty!

Clean, quiet, steps from the beach, fantastic view, and so close to the really fun and cool restaurants, shopping, and local hangouts (even the celebrities stay in this area)! What a deal for this location! You can't beat it! I highly recommend staying here! You won't be disappointed.

Love this incredible, spacious, comfortable, beachy unit. The view is awesome. You can see the gulf from the balcony, dining areas, and living room. I loved being able to open the french doors off of the balcony and hear the waves rolling in at night. We had a great time and can't wait to return in the fall. Thank you.
