Casa Gloria is perfect

I don't really know where to start... this house, the location, the pool, everything about Casa Gloria makes it the perfect place to stay in Cabo. The double gated area of Caleta where this house is and the super-friendly security guards made us feel as safe, if not safer, than we do in our neighborhood in Austin. There are two private beach access stairways within a short walk from the house. The beaches are awesome. The house itself is so very comfortable and well furnished. The courtyard layout is perfect. I can close my eyes and still hear the trickle of the courtyard fountain. The kitchen is great. Lupita stocked the fridge before we got there and we got real familiar with the Mega grocery store just down the road in San Jose, which is like a super Wal-mart, and cooked at home most days. The pool and patio are like being at a five star resort. The hot tub heats up quickly. The pool all lit up at night is amazing. The landscaping is immaculate. The hammock under the coconut palms is so perfect. I've been to Cabo a bunch of times and have usually stayed in Villas del Mar, which is undeniably sweet too, but I would go back to Casa Gloria in Caleta in a heartbeat. Fabulous !! It was wonderful getting away from MInnesota with all of the snow and cold. The weather could not have been better. We spent most of the days enjoying the pool, reading,and visiting with others. The views were spectacular. We enjoyed sight seeing around the development and got exercise walking the steps to and from the beach. Thank you also to the entire staff that kept our surroundings so beautiful. Casa Gloria is a place we look forward to visiting again. Thank you, Larry and Judy May 2011

We just returned home to Montana from a fabulous week at Casa Gloria. It was a week of sun, fun and relaxation. Everything about Casa Gloria was wonderful and I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premier vacation spot. Our 5 guys caught 4 yellow fin tunas and we had a chef come to the house to cook it for us. I can't tell you how special that was. Thank you Lupita for your recommendation of Hugo. Everything he prepared was delicious. Hopefully, we can return to Casa Gloria in the future. It was a perfect vacation. Carolyn ONeill

What a wonderful holiday. The house is incredible. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. Only a 5 minute walk to basically a private beach; I don't think I saw more than 10 people on the beach ever. My family felt very secure in the gated community. Weather was fantastic. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub - would only come out to eat and right back in. Can't wait to return!

Hi Randy, Just wanted to say a big thank you for the amazing week we had at Casa Gloria. Your house is absolutely stunning. My kids had the time of their lives. Lounging in the pool from morning to bed time. ( I thought my son was going to grow fins!!). The views and location is breathtaking. It was so great being so close to the grocery store...it made life really easy. When you say you are close to the beach you weren't kidding!! What can one say other than feeling total escape from reality into the paradise called Casa Gloria – the views, the pool and Jacuzzi, the beautiful furnishings, casitas off the main house into the lovely courtyard with fountain that afford privacy and make one feel like you are at mini-luxury resort all to yourself! The location could not be better for the 2minute walk to the beach and within walking distance on the beach to One and Only Palmilla, Seven Seas, or Zippers! It is also equidistant whether visiting the old town of San Jose Del Cabo or venturing into Cabo for some fun and dancing! A 5 minute drive to the store made it very handy for replenishing the stock to make batches of frozen margaritas and fresh guacamole in the fantastic kitchen area. Everything at Casa Gloria has been so very thought through and well appointed. The Cabo Adventure Guide that you have put together affords lots of options for mini-excursions, restaurants, golf (and more golf), and shopping as well . The Chef that you referred to host a dinner at Casa Gloria was just phenomenal – We definitely can’t wait to return to the paradise called Casa Gloria – Mucho Mucho Gracias and Thanks with sunshine and love, JG
