The large family lake house is part of, a small family oriented resort, Boulder Point Resort. Table Rock lake offers 43,000 surface acres of water. Watersport enthusiasts find Table Rock Lake the biggest playground prefect for boating, wake-boarding, skiing, tubing and of course endless summer days of swimming. This year do the perfect cannonball!!! Like to fish? Try catching bass, catfish, or crappie that swim within the waters of Table Rock Lake. Are you a biker or hiker? Enjoy the mountain road around the point near our resort. Or there are many trails throughout the Ozark Mountains. Over the hill is the family, all season amusement park, Silver Dollar City or water park, White Water. Want to shop? Branson offers many outlet centers as well as the new, Branson Landing. Branson is also known as the live music show capital of the world and offers family shows. Still need more? Boulder Point Resort now offers one LARGE FAMILY LAKE HOUSE. This Lake home is a well lived in, casual but comfortable place to bring your entire family and friends to spend a week at the Lake.
House is 100 yards from the water's edge of Table Rock Lake. Sorry, we can not offer a view of Table Rock Lake from the house. At the lake, we offer swimming area, boat dock, private launch ramp, free boat slip space and pontoon rental. The property offers in-ground swimming pool, two play areas, basketball court, green grass areas, coin operated laundry facility, camp fire pit and close to all the fun, shopping and entertainment in Branson Missouri.
This Large Family Lake House house has two separate kitchens, two living areas, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Yes, we offer sleeping in living areas and can accommodate up to 19 persons. House is fully furnished with eating and cooking utensils and bed and bath linen.
Although we DO NOT clean, or exchange towels during your stay, coin operated laundry is available for your usage. Please supply your own lake and pool towels. This is a very quiet property with four other small units and guests on the property, located in a residential area.
Our Large Family Lake House is very kid friendly; owners reside across street with seven kids of their own. Please, NO PETS and NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

We had a great time at the lake house-so nice to have all the outside activities for the 6 grandchildren and the adults really enjoyed being able to use the dock. Thanks for letting us break up the 12 hours using the pontoon into 2 days as it worked really well for the little ones-it was so nice to have a way to get out on the lake. Hope all was well with the house when we left, tried to leave it picked up and ready for cleaning. Thanks again for a nice visit to the lake!! Karen

Our family just got back from a weekend at Boulder Point for my parents 50th anniversary celebration. We loved staying at Boulder Point , the house was large enough to hold all 17 of us and we loved the idea of having two living rooms/kitchens. The kids could stay up later and watch a movie and we weren't distracted by the noise. Nice place to stay and very nice and friendly owners.

We had a great time with our children and their friends. The 2 large living areas were wonderful for our large group of 16. Having the use of the dock, slip and firepit gave everyone something to do. Our kids will be talking about this vacation for a long time!

We just returned from our vacation three days ago. Three families stayed at the house and one family stayed in a cabin. We had a blast! Everything from the location, to the lake, to the house, to the fire pit was great. I can honestly say that we all had a wonderful time and look forward to returning next year.
