Having been newly decorated and re-furnished in 2008, this home is sure to provide a wonderful and memorable vacation experience for you, your family and friends.
Located in the heart of the Gallatin valley in the Bozeman City limits, enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding Bridger, Gallatin, Madison and Tobacco Root mountain ranges. Some of the best attractions that Montana has to offer are minutes away, with approximate distances as follows: park, children’s playground, walking trails and pond – 1 block; historic downtown Bozeman and MSU campus– 4 miles; Bridger Bowl Ski area and Bohart Ranch Nordic Center – 22 miles; Big Sky and Moonlight ski areas and Lone Mountain Nordic Center – 48 miles; and West Yellowstone and Yellowstone Park – 87 miles.
When you are done with your day’s adventures, return home to relax, watch HDTV on the 50-inch plasma television with Dolby 7.1 surround sound, and prepare your own meals in the fully stocked kitchen with gas appliances. Surf the internet on the high speed Wi-Fi (8.0 mbs), or watch a movie from the DVD library. Relax and enjoy the clean alpine air on the porch lounging in the padded outdoor furniture while cooking on the gas barbecue. Sleep comfortably in the beautifully furnished bedrooms, knowing your sports equipment and vehicles are safe and secure in the attached full size 2-car garage.
The generous sleeping arrangements are as follows: One (1) Cal King in the master bedroom; one (1) queen in one bedroom; one (1) full futon/couch in one bedroom (with 27" LCD TV, cable and DVD player); two (2) twins in one bedroom; and one (1) futon/couch and two (2) twin beds in the large bonus room above the garage (with 26" TV, cable and DVD player).
Other amenities in the house include air conditioning for your comfort during the summer, 2 hot water heaters for plenty of hot water and full sized washer and dryer with laundry detergent and fabric softener for your use.
Your comfort and enjoyment during your stay is our prime concern, and we would be happy to assist with your travel planning. If you will be arriving late, or require special arrangements (such as grocery shopping, etc), please let us know and we can help you with the arrangements.

$250 refundable reservation/security deposit due at booking
(non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of rental)
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
7% State Accomodations Tax (not required for stays greater than 30 days)
$150 cleaning fee for stays less than 30 days ($200 for parties of 10 or more)
Security deposit refunded within 15 days of departure less damages

Mary, Wanted to send you an email to Thank you for the use of your lovely, spacious, warm condo; we all enjoyed our time there immensely and from the moment we walked in we felt right at home!. The master bedroom worked out so well for my friend with cancer and she felt so pampered for the week. Also, I forgot to tell you what a chuckle we got from the turtle candy you had waiting for us when we arrived as my mother-in-law was looking for "the turtles in the box" on our way out to Montana because she thought they were so good and there they were when walked in! I can't thank you enough for the chance to spend the holidays with my family,our close friends and their children and to spend it in such beautiful surroundings. We will be back often to visit our son and if we ever need a large place again I know the place we will want to rent! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year! Bozeman is a great destination! This condo was conveniently located to almost any where in town and the university. We were surprised at the amount of students renting in the area, they were all friendly and polite. This condo was everything we wanted and more. Spacious, clean, nice furnishings, hotel like bath amenities, all the necessary kitchen utencils, a 2 car garage, quiet , and plenty of green space and parks nearby .Very comfortable for 6 to 12 people. A home away from home. Easy acess to freeways and as close to Big Sky as you can get with all the charm and the amenities of Bozeman. I have recommended this property to friends and relatives.

This place is fabulous! Close to everything in Bozeman. We came from Florida for my son's wedding and this place was just perfect. It is better than described! We plan to come back for his graduation in June!

We had our entire family in the unit for 4 days while we attended the MSU graduation and visited Yellowstone. It was a great experience. The unit was very clean, roomy, and well maintained. The owners were very friendly and took good care of us. We couldn't have gotten hotel rooms for everyone for the price of this one. You can't miss with this one.

I'm getting married today and I've got my brothers & their wives and 6 of my best friends all under the same roof with me. What more could a guy ask for than being with friends & family before the big day. this house ensures everyones comfort and really freed us up to have a good time around town. I was sure it would look nothing like the pictures on line...but it turned out to be even better. I loved the house & we all had a great time. Thanks.

Our extended family stayed at this condo for our son's wedding. It is spacious, well decorated and perfect for families, even small children. We were quite impressed and are hoping to go back again for another family gathering.

This home was definately an exceptional value. We had four couples and two children and were very comfortable. The home is well appointed, has comfortable furnishings, is attractively decorated and has nice upgrades such as a wide screen TV and granite countertops. We expecially enjoyed the grand master bedroom. I would most definately reccomend the property to both family and adult getaways.

"From AZ heat to cool Bozeman!This is one of those vacations we'll always remember. This place had everything in it to make us feel at home. We stayed six weeks and even had company come and go through out our visit and everyone loved it. From the young to the old all said it was comfortable and amazingly quiet. Close to shopping, hiking, fishing...ect. A wonderful park just around the corner. Extra amenities in the condo that you would never expect. I love to cook and everything was encluded that I needed. I can't say enough about our whole experience, except...we will be back and I would highly recommend it. From the "Happy Vacationer"."

A beautiful and accomodating home! We had an absolute blast staying here. So much room for everyone to have their own space and spread out! We enjoyed the warmth of your home and cooking meals here and having dinner together. Not to mention movies and TV to follow in your comfy living room with awesome TV system! We can't wait to return! We would highly reccomand this beautiful home for a vacation rental. It was especially nice to have the 4 bathrooms. The home had all the amenities you will need to cook and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe and secure. The garage was very clean and usable for a large family dinner with the card tables and the duncan fife along with the picnic table, plus it had all the outlets for our cookers and roaster to keep the food warm. We enjoyed our family Thanksgiving vacation there very much.
