This newly renovated and furnished home is on the rental market for the FIRST TIME, A cold bottle of water or a Coke are there for you to enjoy on check in. We furnished and equipped this home as we would OUR home - not a rental property. Upgraded furniture with king beds in the 2 main bedrooms all with top of the line mattresses and linens. Quiet private location with a large entertaining deck. Everything you need is here. There are six bikes with baskets and locks for your use with one having a baby seat. No need to wait until the next day to have bikes delivered.
The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments and spices. A gathering table seats 8 in the kitchen area. Plenty of glasses, dishes, utensils and specialty cookware like a wok, waffle iron, and bake ware. The family room has a flat screen TV above the mantle with full cable access including a wireless modem. There is a dvd player in the family room and a dvd and vcr in the game. Both bathrooms were totally redone this Spring with new tile throughout. One has a stall shower and there is also an outdoor shower.
YOU WILL BE TOTALLY RELAXED WHEN YOU ENTER !!! and at the end of your stay you DEFINITELY won't want to leave!! ENJOY!!!

- Cable/Satellite TV (5) : Full cable with NFL channel and more! more! more! movie channels for those occasional cloudy days!! The twin bedroom has built in DVD player. A 42"HD Flat screen and DVD player over the mantle in the family room. The game room has a 32" tv with a DVD and VCR.

- Shared Pool: Community pool within 2 minutes walking distance right behind the house through nature path. Great for afternoon and evening dips after a great day at the beach. This is not heated.

- Full Kitchen: Corian countertops, 2 disposals, 2nd sink in island, all stainless appliances. Eat in at the gathering table seating 8(placemats in the drawer under the table). Every imaginable accoutrement. All new including wine glasses, champagne and martini glasses, and huge iced tea tumblers. Plenty of knives, spices, condiments, just like home!!! No need to run to the store for every little thing. AND the huge gas grill on the deck just steps away has a side burner and rotisserie.

- Deck/Patio: Don't care to bike to the beach this sunny deck is great during the day for getting that lazy tan, yet gets plenty of shade from the Magnolia trees and bamboo in the late afternoon and evening. Oversized entertainment deck with patio furniture with 6 rocker chairs,2 lounge chairs and a hammock. Superb gas grill for that fresh fish you caught or bought at Barnacle Bills on 278.
- View/Location
- Golf Course View: The 6th green of the famed Harbour Town Golf Club site of the Verizon Heritage each April is just across the street. You can get a glimpse of the course from the deck.
- Communications
- Telephone (2) : 2 cordless phones if you absolutely have to take or make phone calls. Remember you are on vacation not in the office!!
- Free Long Distance: Free long distance with no access codes. Just like home.
- Computer: There is a Dell Desktop with Windows Home Office that has a wireless printer, scanner, copier and DSL Internet access for your use.

- We are centrally located only a ten minute bike ride or 2 minute car ride to the beach. Tennis, pool, basketball (yes there is a basketball in the house for your use), and children's playground are virtually in your backyard. Walk to these in 2 minutes. There is also a short cut over to the Sea Pines Center and you are a 10 minute walk to Harbor Town to see Greg Russell. 6 bikes - 1 with baby seat, grill w/ rotisserie, keyless entry, access to all Sea Pines amenities, community pool tennis and basketball right very close, very private deck, house on cul-de-sac.
