Overall the condo was nice and the owner very easy to do business with. The views were outstanding and pictures are accurate. My only disappointment is in the decription it states private beach access however it should state small beach access to Lagoon, not the gulf and Hudson Public beach is close but very small and more rocks than sand. As I said Condo very nice for the money and complex is clean & quiet, I would go again, just be clear on what the beach access really is.
Owner response:The water access from the property is 100% direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is direct oceanfront from a beautiful high floor...6th floor. You can walk on the Nature Walk and see Manatees and Dolphins directly in the Gulf! The beach is not large however, and is surrounded by the Nature Walk which makes it private and romantic.
