Our family spent Thanksgiving staying at the perfect place to enjoy Lake Superior and watch ships come and go. We had a wonderful time with plenty of room for 5 of us. The house had perfect access to the lake which we could see from the kitchen and dining room windows. We were close to the Arial Bridge and could walk to all the shops on Canal Park. The house was clean and comfortable. We are planning out next trip already. If you love to walk the beaches of Lake Superior, see the ships come in and hear the roar of the waves this is the place to be.

Our family spent a week for July 4th in the home, and were very pleased with the amenities and how well the home is stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, everything you need. We spent every evening on the upper deck, where everyone enjoyed the special "close up" fireworks display. Canal park is just three blocks from the house, and the bridge is very interesting to watch as it allows ships to enter and leave port. The water was cold, however, it didn't keep the children from enjoying it. The north shore is definitely something to see, the drive is beautiful with plenty of lighthouses, history, natural beauty for photography, smoked fish you can purchase, and friendly people everywhere! Canal Park had plenty for those who don't have cars. Shops, restaurants, art, cruises, carnival for children and much more to see within walking distance. I highly recommend this home!

We stayed for Girl's Weekend in June, was the perfect location. The house was beautiful, clean. We LOVED the rooftop deck and the firepit, and the beach access was great. Was perfect to walk into downtown. Owners were very responsive throughout as well.

Four friends traveled to Duluth to run Grandma's Marathon. The location was perfect. We could easily walk to canal park, restaurants, and the convention center. The view from the house was beautiful and the house was warm and comfortable. We had a great time and couldn't have asked for better accommodations. I was especially surprised with how quickly we got our security deposit back. Owners were very easy to communicate with and very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. Thank you again for a great weekend!

This is a terrific beach house if you're looking to get a feel for Park Point and the Canal Park area. Gorgeous views with the sunrise every morning, short walk over the bridge for coffee/ newspaper, direct access to a lovely beach, plenty of space for bigger families or groups, ample parking both on/off street. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again next year!

Spent a long weekend here with friends. Clean, nicely furnished home. Plenty of plates and kitchen utensils. Nice Weber grill, which we cooked almost all meals on. Beach was awesome. Open windows to listen to the water as you fall asleep. Owners were nice and returned damage deposit as promised. Look forward to staying here some time in the future.

This place was a perfect getaway for five moms for UMD's Parent's weekend. With the firepit, gas grill, and deck available, we were able to have our freshmen boys for dinner. It is a beautiful home with a wonderful view to enjoy. We all found it very welcoming and cozy!

Loved our week here! Perfect distance from Canal Park, easy walk but quiet area. Great to wake up to the lake out the window. Wonderful boat watching from the deck. Kids loved the shallow sandy beach. Everything we needed and very accommodating hosts. See you next summer!

We had an amazing time staying in your beach house. It was just a short walk to canal park, and very close to the beach. We loved the garage roof top - the view was amazing. Also, the view from one of the bedrooms was stunning. The interior look was very modern. I would recommend this house to anyone!

We have stayed here twice now. It is right on the beach and is a short 400 yard beach stroll to all the restaurants and bars at canal park. The owners keep it clean and even provide firewood and a gas grill. It is clean and comfortable and we look forward to staying here again.

Absolute perfect location in Duluth and the house was WAY better than I anticipated. Stay over July 4th and the roof top deck couldn't have been better for the fireworks. Very clean and well supplied. The beach in your backyard was very private and made for a lot of fun. Will definitely return!!!

This was the absolute perfect house to stay at. It had everything you could possibly need, is right on the lake, and very close to the cute Canal Park area. We had a great experience and know we will stay at the house again next time we go to Duluth. And the bathroom is like a spa, it's gorgeous.
