FAMILY ROOM: cool calm blues and contemporary furniture greet our guests on entering the house. There is a 37" TV with upgraded cable stations with video-on-demand. A DVD player and CD player complements your entertainment. Wireless high speed internet is available and the telephone allows free local and long distance calling. The Family Room leads out onto the lanaii and large pool deck where for al fresco living there is a table with seating for 6 people as well as 4 sun-loungers.
KITCHEN: This is fully equipped with everything you may need. There are brand new white goods and it incorporates a breakast table with seating for four people. The kitchen leads on to the FORMAL DINING AREA, which overlooks the lake and pool area. There is a table seating six people for indoor dining.
MASTER BEDROOM: has a king size bed, large walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with superb walk in shower. Patio doors lead out from this bedroom onto the pool deck for that 'morning or late night swim'. LCD TV with separate set-top box for your personal channel selection.
SECOND BEDROOM: has a queen size bed, TV and walk-in wardrobe.
TWIN BEDROOM: has twin beds, walk-in wardrobe, TV with own set top box and a Sony Play Station2.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
THE POOL: is brand new and and features deck jets at two corners of the pool with 4 therapy jets and seating area within the deep end of the pool, giving a 'spa sensation'; also has a pool light which are all controllable via remote control. The pool is solar heated with additional electric heating available for the cooler months( at an additional cost). With wonderful views over the lake, it is an ideal position for watching the wildlife on the lake and catching those beautiful sunsets.
Our home in Regal Oaks is easily reached by leaving the Interstate 75 at Exit 217, and takes a mere seven minutes to drive there along the State road 70. It is situated in a convenient location with easy access to Sarasota, Tampa, Naples and Orlando, and within easy access to local beaches, state parks, supermarkets, local shopping malls / outlets, restaurants and theaters. Airports within easy drive to the house are Sarastota / Bradenton (15 minutes), Orlando (two hours) and Orlando Sanford (two hours) and Tampa which is the nearest major airport being 50 minutes. Downtown Disney can be reached by car in just over an hour whilst Busch Gardens can be reached in around 50 minutes.
So peaceful yet close to the action our house is easy to find …… but difficult to leave!!! |
