This is a new 3 level townhouse that sleeps up to six and is located in a very private location that overlooks the LeCount Woods. The home is large (1800 sq. feet), tastefully decorated and appointed with comfortable amenities including dishwasher, AC, gas fireplace, washer, dryer and enclosed outdoor shower. Mountain bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and coolers, as well as a gas grill are available for your use. Cable TV and Internet service included.
The townhouse is located on the ocean side of South Wellfleet -- less than a mile from Maguires Landing (Lecount Hollow Beach), a short walk to the South Wellfleet General Store, Blue Willow Bakery, and the Cape Cod Bike Trail, 5 minutes to the Wellfleet Drive-In and the Audobon Wildlife Sanctuary, and 20 minutes to Provincetown and Orleans.
If you are not familiar with Wellfleet, it is truly a beautiful town featuring some of the top beaches on the east coast. In addition to surf beaches there are more gentle waves to be found on the bay side, and many clear fresh water ponds for swimming. There is a broad offering of outdoor activities natural to a seashore but also has one of the best bicycling paths in the US, a great golf course, and several public tennis courts. The town of Wellfleet is unspoiled and quaint, and is home many world class artists and galleries, and the new Julie Harris Stage for the performing arts (W.H.A.T).

- Less than a mile to National Seashore beaches, a short walk to the South Wellfleet General Store, Blue Willow Bakery, 1/8 mile to Cape Cod Bike trail, Wellfleet Drive In theaters and Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary nearby. In addition to the National Seashore beaches, Wellfleet also offers the more mild surf on the Cape Cod Bay and several clear fresh water ponds for swimming. Wellfleet is only 20 minutes south of Provincetown and 20 minutes north of Orleans.
