The Shores of Surfside I, Unit 101. Come to Surfside Beach. "The Family Beach" - relax in the sun and enjoy our newly redecorated condo. You can't get any closer to the ocean than our very light and spacious OCEANFRONT 1st floor END unit. Come and vacation in our SPACIOUS (1150 Sq. ft.), fully-equipped, two bedroom, two bath condominium. Our condo is centrally located on the Grand Strand and we are only minutes from great restaurants, golf, shopping and entertainment for the whole family. Your close enought to enjoy all the attractions of Myrtle Beach without all the congestion and crowds. We are only minutes from Murells Inlet which has been voted to have the best seafood restaurants in the area. We are also only minutes from Broadway on the Beach and the airport.
Known as the "Family Beach," Surfside limits hi-rises reducing the crowds and traffic. Our condo is an end unit on the first floor of a 14 unit complex and has quick and easy access to the beach and a full sized oceanfront swimming pool. Next to the pool is a barbeque area for those nights when you just want to stay in. Along the back side of the pool is the private access to the beach. Our home away from home is fully furnished with all the comforts. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin-size beds in the second bedroom, and a pull-out queen-size sofa bed in the living room. All bedrooms are equipped with pillows, comforters and blankets. Linens are available on request. Our condo is a non-smoking unit. We are restricted to 2 parking spaces and due to limited space no trailers, boats or campers are allowed. We do ask that all our renters please treat our unit as they would their own. 11/08 - New carpet in bedrooms, 1/09 - new stove and built in microwave oven. Freshly painted through out condo 12/09. 10/10 - New 37" Visio TV in Living Area. 10/10 - Remodeled Bathroom
So come and relax on our private balcony and enjoy a cup coffee while watching the sun rise over the ocean.

We have been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area for 30 years and just fell in love with the Surfside Beach area due to the quiet beaches and family atmosphere.

My husband and I are orginally from Rochester, NY. We moved to Greenville, SC in 2006 and now are able to spend alot more time at our condo when it is not rented. We just LOVE the ocean!!

Our 3rd year at this condo,can not bet it for location and very few people in front of you at the beach will be back next year,owner are very nice and place is clean and well kept

Loved sitting on the deck, communing with the ocean! Felt my worries just melt away. Everything we needed was provided, except for food. (See what you can do about that next time Patty!)

Great quiet location right on the beach. This condo is well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. New TV and good internet. My wife & I were here for a golfing vacation in October. Easy access to main hiways. I would definitely return.

This was our 9th trip to Surfside Beach. This condo was exactly as described. The decorating was new and lovely. There were many updates throughout. The pool located next to the condo was a first for us and, we loved it. Partial shade around 4pm gives you a nice break when the sun is hot.The building is well maintained as was the pool area. Location is close to Surfside favorites such as Nibils,River City cafe, Bubbas,Crabby Mikes, Conch Cafe. Short drive to Murrels Inlet,short drive to Myrtle Beach. Close to Airport.Owners are very accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. Only downside was the pilot strike by Spirit Airlines(long drive home) See ya next year Patty and Maurice!

We had the best family vacation ever! The views are breathtaking and the condo was perfect! It was very convenient staying on the first floor of the unit. So convenient for a family with a toddler and 5 year old. Can't wait to return.

After nine years of renting condos in the Myrtle Beach area my sister and I found this wonderful retreat in Surfside Beach. Two of our friends joined us and we were thrilled with the location, the decor and how accomodating the owners were. We will defintely consider a repeat visit.

Comment Text: When hubby and I found out we were pregnant, we wanted to get away for a weekend and celebrate. We found this beautiful condo on VRBO and fell in love with it. The owners are a delight to deal with. The condo is spacious, the master bedroom has a wonderful bed, and the location couldn't be any better. It was wonderful to be right on the beach and sleep to the sound of the waves. And the fact that it's an end unit and in a quiet area are such bonuses! We plan on renting the place next year and bringing our new child with us! Thank you, owners, for making the place so gorgeous. We appreciate it.

This condo is everything described and more. It's very spacious and beautifully decorated with all the conveniences of home. The location is perfect. My husband, cousin & myself stayed in this condo Thanksgiving 2007. The condo is beautiful, well furnished, updated. I did not want to leave. You can hear the ocean from pretty much every room. Is a very relaxing place to stay. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay in this condo. The owners are very nice to deal with. I WILL definitely be coming back to stay here again very soon.

My family and I spent a week at you condo and enjoyed it very much. Myself, my partner, my mother , my sister and our 20 month old twins had a great time. This condo is well funished and very convient for people with small children. It is very close to the beach and the pool is right outside you window. Thank you for the great vacation.
