The Villa Catalina Town homes are located in Potrero between Playa Penca and Sugar Beach. Playa Prieta is located just across the road and a short 5-10 minute walk (only about 1/4 mile). Priet Beach is secluded and private off the main road. Or go just a little further and enjoy Penca Beach or Sugar Beach.
There are several local restaurants within 5 minutes of the Villa including Sugar Beach Hotel, Las Brisas beach bar, Marco Polo Italian restaurant, and Sol y Mar Costa Rican food. All of them are great!
Flamingo is just a short 10 minute drive while Brasilito is about 15 minutes. If you want to venture a little further Tamarindo and Playa Grande, both great surf beaches, are just a short 20-30 minutes away. |
