You know, guys, when you are, with your family (3 children), on the road across USA for almost 15 days, starting in NY, you desperately need some kind of total relax. You dream of comfortable, nice furnished house, with a lot of space, with all amenities you can imagine, in quit location but just a few steps from the beach. That all, and quite more, we found in Dale´s house. Dale, thank you, we spent excellent time in your house ! I cannot imagine that anyone, who visited your house, could arise any kind of smallest objection against your house and your hospitality ! We have been travelling around the world for many years, and with full selfconfidence I can state that the comfort of your house and your hospitality, comparing with your rental prices, do really make great sense. Best vacation home and vacation ever!

This house was beautiful, clean and very homey. We were extremely impressed with the furnishings and decor. It felt as if we were at a 5 star resort! It was a wonderful place to call "home" for the week while we were there. The best part is that the ocean is just a short walk from the front door. The owner, Dale, was readily available to answer any questions I had before I rented the place and made sure that we had everything we could need during our stay. It was our first time seeing the ocean and it was amazing! We even saw the last space shuttle launch from the beach. There were bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels there available for our use and we used them every day. This home had everything we could ever want and need during our stay there and it was a beautiful place to come home to and relax after a long day at the beach. It was by far our best vacation yet!

Everything you need, steps away from the beach. Everytime I rent this home, there's something there that I just have to find and buy for myself after I leave. This time, it was the Tommy Bahama beach chair. Everything provided is top notch and the location is perfect. The only problem I ever have is nobody want's to leave when they "stop by for just a day"! Thanks again Dale! See ya soon.....

I rented this property for myself and my out of town family and needless to say we had a fantastic time. The house was magnificent; it was equipped with everything you needed except yourself and the food. The owner was really friendly and hospitable. Service that you don't get anymore. This is definitely a place that I will come to and refer to everyone that I know.

My four siblings & I celebrated our mom's 80th birthday at this fabulous beach house! The accommodations were superb! The house was comfortable and beautifully appointed with lots of fun details! Everything you need is there! Dale was easy to work with--seemed genuinely interested in our comfort and convenience! We had a great time at the beach, restaurants and shops in New Smyrna! Just bring your swinsuit and your sunscreen because that is all you need to begin your relaxing vacation at this well-accomodated beach house! Our family and friends had a great time during our visit. This well-maintained home had everything you could possibly need to enjoy the beach. Only a short walk to beach and restaurants. I almost hate to post this because if I tell you how great everything was, you might be renting it when I want it again! Really though, Dale has put together the perfect place for you and your family. Beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards, towels etc. You name it and it's there. I've been renting homes and condos all over NSB for more than 10 years and this place is the best. Everything is first class and Dale is right there if you need him. I can't say enough....so I'll stop. You can't do better than this! Thanks Dale!

We were so PLEASED to walk into a clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated house for our family's vacation in May. The location was SUPER - an easy walk to the beach. Our stay at the beach house was absolutely wonderful! It had everything we needed and more! We can not thank enough the owner Dale Armstrong for providing us with services that were first class treatment. He is a trustworthy, good, and honest person. Doing business with him was stress free!! The house had all the comforts needed to make it an awesome vacation for our family! We have been coming to New Smyrna Beach (NSB) for the past 6 years and we intend to come back many more years to come and stay at this wonderful beach house! NSB is an extraordinary town with illustrious people! Dale’s great beach house made our stay in NSB be filled with many memorable moments! The beach house conveniently located a stones throw from the beach and a 3 min drive to the shopping areas. The bikes, boogie boards and beach accessories at the beach house helped to provide us with many magnificent adventures. We look forward to spending another great vacation at this beach house next year and hope to find the time to stay longer. Life is so much better by the beach and in the classy beach house!!!!!

my family and i rented this beach home for the week and loved it! beautiful! the beach was peaceful..the location was great and the home itself was amazing! this was our first family vacation to florida and i could not have wanted more! all we had to bring was our toothbrush and food! couldnt have went any better! thank you mr.armstrong..my family's visit to your home was wonderful.. you are a very honest,respectable, and gracious host! i would gladly visit again.( my wife didnt want to go home)

This is a first class beach house, from the immaculate condition, beautiful decor, all around comfort, close proximity to the beach, and with all the amenities. Mr. Armstrong is a gracious host, concerned solely with the comfort of his guests, and that they enjoy their stay while in this "bit of paradise". If you are considering staying here, you will definitely not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful time at your home. We were there for about 8 months. Fell in love with the house. It felt like home to us. We all loved that we could walk to the beach, minutes from the store and bike trails. Our son loved playing in the front yard. We even built a swing! Dale your home was our home for many months. My family and I are here in New Smyrna Beach for the week and are staying in this AWESOME rental home!!!! The on-line photos do Not do this house justice, it is a Thousand times better in person! What a Beautiful, Modern, Clean, Peaceful, Open and Serene home!The owner Dale Armstrong is very helpful and more than that, he is very nice and friendly. My girls and I stayed in the home for 1 month and felt very comfortable and at home. It actually made it difficult to move back to Texas. The home was fully stocked with everything and clean, clean, clean. We love the location with just a few 100 feet to the ocean and a short distance to all restuarants and shopping. You will love everything about staying in this home because it is clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and close to the beach. We had an excellent time there and plan to return soon. The furniture is very comfortable & sure to bring you a good night's sleep after playing on the beach. Note too that the yard is nice & big, just right for playing. This home is perfect for families, especially because of the bunk/trundle beds. I hope you have a wonderful a time as we did.
