Why the Owner Chose Crystal Sands
Crystal Sands is located on the barrier island of Siesta Key in Sarasota Florida. Located on the Gulf of Mexico, the island is conveniently located approximately 15-20 minutes from the Sarasota (SRQ) airport, or one hour from Tampa (TPA) or Ft. Meyers (RSW). Families can also incorporate a Disney or Universal Studios trip, as it is an easy interstate drive of 2 hours to Crystal Sands.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Crystal Sands is one of the few condominiums that is literally steps to the beach. Other complexes are set back much farther from the beach, look out over foliage or rooftops, and ours does not. Our penthouse 2Bed/2Bath unit has a view from every room, that few can match. One can enjoy panoramic views of downtown Sarasota, ocean front sunsets or postcard views of Crescent Beach. The complex is also one of just a few that have an oceanfront pool.

We love Siesta Key, the beautiful beach, white quartz sand, and year round great weather. Plus, we enjoy the quaint charm of Siesta Village's restaurants and shops, while riding bikes throughout the barrier island or a quick car ride to downtown Sarasota or St. Armand's Circle. The relaxed island atmosphere brought us back year after year, so we finally decided to buy a slice of paradise right on the beach. Now we can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from every room of our condo, or walk just steps to the beach or ocean front pool to enjoy beachfront living!

We just got back from Siesta Key and loved it. Debbie and Don were the best to rent from and they have a gorgeous condo. Everything in the condo has been redone and all appliances are high end also very comfortable bedding. You can tell they take much pride in their place. They also had a closet with some added extras of things that we normally have to go buy while we are there like body boards, umbrellas etc. That was also nice. Everything in this listing definitely fits the condo and more it was great. They also called to make sure all was okay and gave us lots of tips on places to go and to eat and info on the area. I cannot belive we have only been back a couple of weeks so the only problem is "Vacation Was To Short". Thanks again Debbie and Don.

Great, great location! Quiet condo with spectacular view on white sand crescent beach and on the vast ocean. All inclusive with newly remodeled kitchen and all the amenities needed for our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and well divided and therefore are conducive to privacy for everyone ( the four of us). Parking is provided and access to the beach couldn't be more convenient and yet very safe. Many restaurants close by as well as grocery store, post office, little shops etc.... and Siesta Key Village at walking distance. Most of all, a wonderful time watching the sunsets from the lanai! We would most certainly recommend this condo and we want to thank Debbie and Don for letting us share their "home away from home".

We recently spent a week in this condo, and it was a wonderful vacation! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay a pleasant one. This location has a beautiful gulfront view from the lanai, and the panoramic view is incredible, all the way to Sarasota! The owners were a pleasure to deal with, and very responsive to any inquries before and during our stay. I highly recommend this condo for your vacation in Siesta.

We had a wonderful time in this condo. It has a special location with full view of the crescent beach from the top floor of Crystal Sands condominium. The condo was nicely decorated and there was enough room for all of us. All rooms have great view of the gulf and the lanai was the most desired place for all of us. We recently spent our vacation in this beautiful condo. It is everything it say and more. The view is breath taking and the sunsets are unbelievable. I randomly found this unit on vrbo which I had used several times at different locations along the gulf coast. This by far was the best location we had been. Everything you need for beach fun is in the condo along with complimentary loungers on the beach. The layout makes it very spacious and provides privacy for multiple guests. Both bedrooms have access to the lanai along with the livingroom. The owners were great to deal with and provided all information needed for a memorable vacation. Our family looks forward to our next vacation at this unit.
