Why the Owner Chose Alegranza
Living near Lake Michigan in Chicagoland the summers are wonderful but the winters can be long and cold. So when we travel with the kids on Spring break we wanted to be assured of perfect weather. Cabo was the answer. The idea of the desert climate next to the ocean offers the best weather imaginable. The beaches and surf are beautiful and the town of San Jose has retained its origianl quaint Mexican culture.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy the simple things like grilling out on the terrace in the evening while the sun is setting. Or enjoying some fresh fruit in the mornings while watching the boats leave and enter the Puerto Los Cabos Marina. The large size of the condo gives all the comforts of home and more. We enjoy a cold beer and a lime by the pool or on the beach. The shoping and restaurants are great. We have also enjoyed many of the local festivals.

My wife and I have been married for 20 years. We live in the Chicagoland area in Northwest Indiana. We have 3 kids. Our son is 19, and we have two daughters, ages 17 and 12. Most people think of Indiana as farmland but we enjoy the southern tip of Lake Michigan and the National Park beaches which is only 40 minutes from downtown chicago. Really the best of both worlds. With our son now in college and our oldest daughter soon to follow we are seeing how fast time goes. We thought it would be a nice idea to lay roots as a family in a wonderful climate that could someday be a place for my wife and I to spend our winters and a place for our childred to visit.
