This new home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the mountains. It is professionally decorated with casual yet elegant furnishings, warm colors and all the amenities you’d expect in a high-end vacation home. It sleeps 12 in four large, comfortable bedrooms and a queen sofa bed. It has a gorgeous kitchen complete with granite countertops, an island and a six-burner stove. The back patio is an inviting gathering spot with its large, private, covered hot tub and adjoining fire pit.
The home is located just two blocks below the Park City Mountain Resort. It's an easy walk to skiing (even in ski boots!) or you can take the free shuttle bus which stops just steps from the front door.
One of the most unusual benefits to renting this vacation home is that every guest receives a free temporary membership to the elegant Club Lespri during their stay. Club Lespri has a fabulous restaurant, a fitness center and a lovely spa, none of which is open to the public.
Perfect Location!: This beautiful home is located in the historic Old Town district of Park City, which makes it unusually convenient to all of Park City's attractions. You truly don’t need a rental car. First off, it is just two blocks and an easy walk (even in ski boots!) to Park City Mountain Resort. And just steps out the front door is the bus stop which is a very user-friendly, completely free, city-wide shuttle system which picks up many times each hour and takes you quickly to downtown Park City or to Deer Valley. Take the bus in the other direction to get to grocery, movies, other shopping or even down valley to The Canyons ski resort. In addition, the house is directly across the street from Park City’s crown jewel, City Park, with its tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, skateboard park, playground, picnic amenities and baseball and soccer fields. There is a lovely path through City Park that you can take into downtown (.6 of a mile) which makes outings to town even more enjoyable.
Club Lespri Membership!: One of the most unusual benefits to renting this vacation home is that every guest receives a free temporary membership to the elegant Club Lespri during their stay. When you arrive in town, you go to Club Lespri where you’ll find a “check-in” attendant 24 hours a day who will give you keys, directions and local information. You are invited to dine at Cellars, a fabulous restaurant with the best steaks in town, expertly prepared by our talented head chef, Ernesto. There is also a more casual restaurant, serving sushi and lighter fare. The Club also includes the intimate Rain Spa, offering spa services and there is a fully-equipped workout facility available for those wanting to work up a sweat. None of these amenities is open to the public. But you will enjoy them as a special perk when you stay at this exquisite vacation home.

We had a super time! Your house is fantastic. The historical scale, size and location cannot be beat. The proximity to Main Street, the shuttle to Deer and in and out ease were wonderful. We received about 8-10 inches of snow while there and it was Henry's, our 2 yr old, first snowfall. Henry loved the park across the street and the sledding hill at the library.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

This was a very clean and well appointed home, We used the kitchen much more than we anticipated. The layout of the kitchen/ great room lent itself to easy meals and much appreciated relaxation. The location was ideal. PCMR was a short walk while the free bus to Deer Valley stoped in front of the house next door.The off site management was helpful too when we left behind some personal belongings.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Just spent a long weekend in Park City with 8 other friends at this house on Park Ave. After looking at a number of other houses, we chose to stay here and I am so glad we did. The pictures do not do it justice -- the inside of this unit is spacious, tastefully decorated and in excellent condition. Our favorite part was the big open kitchen, everything in there that we needed, all high-end appliances. There is a great fire pit outside, right next to the giant hot tub, perfect for sore muscles after a long day on the slopes. No need to drive anywhere -- step outside the back door and you can walk to the mountain in minutes!!!! Location was excellent, the rooms were beautiful and the price was right. I will only stay here next time I come to Park city/Canyons!!!! Owner was very pleasant to deal with as well. Our group travels out west for ski/bording trips very often and everyone was impressed with the house. Thank you for making this the perfect weekend!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We rented this home with another family for Spring Break in March 2011. The home was very nice with plenty of room for four adults and four kids. It is conveniently located a couple of blocks from Park City Mountain Resort. We had no problems checking in or out. We would definitely stay at this home again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful time in Park City, this house is very nice and the location is great. There was 10 of us girls and the place had lots of room. The hot tub was a great way to end the perfect day.Recommended for: Girls getaway.

We rented this house in July for 2 weeks and found it to be the perfect house at the perfect in-town location for a family with kids. The house is across the street from the City Park (with the playground and skate park), 2 blocks from the Park City lift base, with all the great summer attractions (alpine slide, trampolines, zip lines, roller coaster, etc), and also 2 blocks from the Spiro trailhead which for hikers and mountain bikers takes you directly up to the Mid-Mountain trail, for access to hundreds of miles of additional hiking/biking trails. The full garage was perfect for staging all our summer gear (mountain bikes, strollers, kids bikes, etc.). The house itself is seemingly brand new - great, spacious floorplan with GREAT AC (it was abnormally not that July and the AC kept up effortlessly) and overall very nice, contemporary finishes. We loved the hot tub, too. I recommend this house very highly - we were not disappointed in any aspect or feature represented by the owner.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is the second year that I have rented this home from Amy and I wish I would have written a review for the home the year before. My stay, both times, were fabulous :) The home is truly beautiful and located in the perfect spot. It's very near Historic Main St, but not too close so you can enjoy some privacy. The decor, furniture and appliances were all beautiful and top of the line. The home was truly comfortable and I will definitely rent again in the future. The home is truly worth the money!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We recently rented this home for a special weekend with friends and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The beautiful house is located right in the middle of everything we wanted to do and provide plenty of space for us to enjoy our time. The outdoor hot tub was a great way to relax after an afternoon of skiing and before we walked to Main Street for dinner and the night life. The owners of the home were also extremely responsive and helpful making it even easier to plan for our stay. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a perfect location in Park City.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. If you are not checked out by noon, you may be charged up to $100. All of our guests have been granted a temporary membership with Club Lespri for the duration of their stay. This allows guests to use the spa and fitness facilities and dine at their two restaurants. A valid credit card must be available at the time of check-in at Club Lespri as a security deposit and for incidental charges incurred during your stay. We are not responsible for loss of valuables of any kind during your stay. Safety deposit boxes are available at Club Lespri. Pets and smoking are not allowed. If there is evidence found of either, the credit card on file will be charged up to $1,000 to deep clean the unit. Animal damage will be accessed if found and fixed at the guest’s expense. If the number of people staying in the house exceeds 12, the credit card on file with Club Lespri will be charged an additional $25/day for each person beyond the maximum occupancy.
