Location,Location,Location plus a lovely apartment!

Our group consisted of 4 women interested in NYC Christmas sights while wanting a safe home away from home place to stay during our week long trip. We found it in this apartment! Around the clock doormen who were always helpful,polite and friendly with a centrally located apartment made this a wonderful stay. We found the apartment to be stylish,neat and very clean. It was well equipped with comfortable beds,one of which was a fold out bed. However,don't let that sway you negatively as it was so comfortable I couldn't believe it was a fold out when I looked the last night of our stay. We also loved the fact there was 2 well outfitted bathrooms. Water nice and hot even after 4 showers every morning! We had a lovely welcome basket on our arrival and Erin was available by text to answer any of our questions. Taxis easily available and subway nearby. Some must do things-go to the roof of the building. A gorgeous view-you feel as if you can touch the Empire State Building! Go to Madison Square Park which is only about 2-3 blocks away. It is home of the Shake Shack with the Live Bait restaraunt across the street. Excellent food,wait staff and drinks! Reasonable prices for NYC. Take a long but leisurely walk to the Flatiron building and Union Square. If it is on a Friday or Saturday,you will be able to experience the Farmer's Market at Union Square. So much fun and a fantastic variety of everything from ostrich eggs to clothing! Of course,walk,grab a cab or take the subway to Times Square,Rockefeller Center,Broadway or Central Park. Just make sure you HAVE A PLAN and a place as great as this to rest your wonderfully exhausted head at night! I highly recommend this apartment to everyone except families with young children. There are quite a few decorative items in the apartment that would be intriquing to touch and parents would be kept busy preventing potential accidents with these items. Excellent for couples,friends or families with teens who like to vacation in a big city and take in the sights. You won't go wrong with this apartment and location. Go. Enjoy.

Erin met with the other couple we were staying with as they arrived before us but the feedback was excellent. the information she gave us was invaluable and, because of this, we didn't need to call her again. she was extremely friendly and helpful at all encounters and nothing seemed like any trouble. It was exactly as described, if anything, the description and pics don't do it justice. this apt was an excellent location and probably that could be elaborated on more ie proximity to shopping, etc... I can't speak highly enough about this property and experience. we are definitely telling all our friends about it and recommending it. we will definitely come back and book this apt or through this service again. Having never booked an apt rental for a vacation before I wasn't sure of what to expect. well, I certainly wasn't disappointed!! We had the best time ever and a part of that was the excellent accommodation, location of accommodation and service we rec'd from Coach House Rentals. The apt itself was amazing, plenty of room for two adult couples and beautifully appointed. I really don't think you could get a better location! It was central to most areas of the island and cabs right outside of the building made it simple to go anywhere. the location to Macy's, 34th st W (shopping), 5th Ave (shopping)was fantastic! Walking was so easy, before you knew it you had gone 20 blocks!! Thanks for everything, and esp Erin for your wonderful, cheerful service!!!!
