I purchased this property because I have always loved the ocean, sun and warm weather. It is a perfect location and easy to get to from any major city.
Why the Owner Chose Paradise Village, Ocean Vista Residences
I purchased this property pre-construction stage. I was able to choose the condo and view and access. I have the best of all worlds; beauty, quiet, and a great location. It has 24 hour security and an office administration to handle anything. The condos are in a 54 unit building
and are close to public transportation and yet offer reserved parking for each unit.

Spectacular views of the ocean and the marina. Watch the yachts and boats come in from the covered patio. A few steps down to the ocean and a short water taxi ride to shopping and downtown Puerta Vallarta. Enjoy the quiet of the condo or take a 5 minute taxi ride to Paradise
