  The house is even better than the pictures on website. It's roomy, many upgrades throughout and great for kids. View is amazing, deck is fully functional but could use some TLC and updating. It was clean and ready when promised. Our large brood of 9 would be thrilled to stay again anytime!

  Lovely situated at the end of the road with the Gulf at your doorstep, the house was very inviting for our small family. The house and appliances are in a good condition with the pool table as an extra spice for the family get togethers. We were adopted by a very curios little egert (I think he is named Walter) who took a daily stroll in to the living room if the verandah doors were open, and almost daily we had dolphins swimming less than 20 ft from the jetty. The proximity to the Pinellas Trail (for biking) and the charmig centers of Tarpon Springs (where manatees swam in the bayou) and Dunedin were a plus. We had the most succulent ribs at Eli´s in Dunedin (just a shack with a BBQ feast every Fri-Sat) and enjoyed brunch poolside at Ozona Blue. We can highly recommend the house and the area. John and Flo seem to be nice and "no worries" kind of patrons. Harald Zetterquist, Sweden

  Great Rental. Clean and just what the team needed to get away fishing for a couple of days. Great patio, dock and indoor game room. Kitchen was key for cooking and conversation with open to game room and family room. Owner gave us space and no need to call all was in order and good value for area.

  My four sisters and I spent our 2nd annual sisters reunion in this beautiful home, and had a wonderful time. We spent the evenings outside on the dock, with a fire in the fire pit. It was so quiet outside and the sunsets were amazing! The Florida room is spacious, the kitchen is gorgeous, and the King bed was very comfy. We spent two days in Tarpon Springs, and had a great lunch at Zante Cafe - the crabcakes were delicious and I highly recommend you visit this very ecclectic restaurant. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely home!

  Property was above expectations, the family had an excelent week in florida in the middle of april, 2011 the weather could not have been better in a hundred years, the owners was very helpful in so many ways in telling us about the site seeing to golf courses, the beaches in the vicinity were great, the one highly recommended would be clearwater beach, take the few extra minutes to travel there but well worth the time, at the house you can set your clock to 8.30 and greet the beautiful dolphin every morning, the home is very spacious, big, large huge did i mention spacious, beds are as nice as home, the view at night off of the deck is breath taking, getting ready to book this home for 2012 . looking forward to visiting many times, if you pass this home up for any reason your making a very bad mistake,

  We stayed at this fun home when my son was playing in a golf tournament about 5 min. from the house. We were so pleased to be on the gulf with beautiful views from the living areas of the house. Two of the bedrooms have views of the gulf also. We really enjoyed kayaking in the afternoon. The bedrooms were comfortable. The master shower was awesome. We enjoyed the fully equiped kitchen and it was great to cook out on the gas grill every night. The air hockey table and pool table were a good break from the golf course. Florence and John responded within about ten minutes when we had a problem at the house.We would like to visit again if we are in the area again.

  We stayed here for one week in Feb. 2011 and what a great week it was! Owners were quick to address any concerns. We saw stingray, dolphin, manatee and a wide array of birds and fish. The manatee actually came up to the dock for a drink of fresh water from the hose!!! What an experience! The house is so spacious, the pool table is great and the beds are very comfortable. Thanks so much. Will rent for our next vacation in Florida!!!

  We had a great time during our stay and the house exceeded our expectations. We managed to do and see everything we had planned for, the location of the house was pretty nice and everything we wanted to do seemed to be within 20-40 minutes or so. We especially liked the location right on the water and views of the gulf, the open layout of the house, and ample games and entertainment available to us. Thanks again for allowing us the opportunity to rent the house and provide a base of operations for a much needed and well timed vacation.
