GULF FRONT HOME ON C-30 WITH A NEW HOT TUB!! Paradise Palms has just been re-painted on the outside too!
You enter this spacious 3 BR/2.5 bath ocean-front home (2,600 sq ft) by passing through a a fully screened pool patio area housing a private pool, a hot tub and numerous decorative palm trees. (Only the smaller portion of the pool is heated; not the entire pool.)
The second floor offers a kitchen area; family area, breakfast nook; gulf side dining area; half bath and laundry room. There are ten foot ceilings and custom designed window louvres in the family area, while a furnished screened porch offers beach access via your own private boardwalk to the white powder sands the Gulf of Mexico is famous for.
The third floor offers three spacious bedrooms, two of which provide access to a large, beach front porch with an incredible view of the beach and the Gulf. Two bedrooms have king sized beds, the third a queen. The second floor family area also provides a queen sized pull-out sofa. This home also offers free long distance and WI-FI.

We stayed at Paradise Palms during the first of June. It is very close to Indian Pass Raw Bar for a great dinner! The boardwalk makes the short walk to the beach very easy. It was also very nice to have a private pool. The house/pool area could use some minor repairs, but was overall very comfortable and in good condition. The living room and kitchen was spacious and perfect for visiting with family or friends during dinner or while watching t.v. Wish there were t.v.s in all the bedrooms rather than just one. The mattresses were not very comfortable and could easily be fixed with a foam pad or egg crate. The gated porch and steps were great for allowing our dogs to be outside, but still confined. The outdoor shower was perfect for washing the dogs after a fun day at the beach, and the grills were perfect for cooking all the fresh seafood available on the Cape. We cannot wait to get back to Paradise Palms again for another vacation!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
Its all in how you look at something. Vacations s/b enjoyed. So leave all negativity back at work.

I would recommend this house, but only if you realize that it is a vacation rental home not a house you are going to purchase (Unless of course you are in the market for a gulf front home). I read all the reviews and got what was advertised. Yes the house is not perfect but very comfortable and I did not have any problem with the TVs. But would have liked to have had a TV in all the bedrooms instead of just one. Beds were okay not the best I've ever had but also not the worst. I would say average. Would help if added Tempur-Pedic Mattress Pad. I thought House was clean on the inside okay, Not my taste but again renting Not buying. Suzy Kelly At Coastal Joe was very nice and easy to work with. My Husband said several times that he was happy with the house and all the room. He loved the BBQ Grill and we cooked out several nights. The Pool was nice and most of the homes do not heat the pools - If heated there is usually a fee. Great Location right on the Beach (Gulf-Indian Pass). We would definitely rent from Suzy again in the future. It thought the house was worth the price. This is a great area if you want the beach all to yourself and not interested in Carnival Atmosphere,
Owner response:There are 2 TV's in Paradise Palms currently. There is one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. There is a third currently being installed in the other king bedroom. There is also brand new bedding in all 3 of the bedrooms.
