Use of clubhouse, 6 hart lighted tennis courts ,fitness center and community pool. Club transfer fee is $424.00*, no greens fees - only a $41.00 cart fee per round per person. *If lease application not received within 30 days prior to occupancy golf transfer fee is then increased to $524.00.
