Robson Ranch is the perfect retreat for the Active Adult visiting Phoenix, and voted recently as one of the most successful 55+ retirement communities in Arizona. Would have to consider this home a luxury rental. All new furnishings and appliances, plus an upscale, gated, golf-community makes it perfect for our winter visitors.
The master bedroom and bath are split from the guest bedroom. The Huge Master features a new queen bed, the other a double futon with upgraded mattress. Vaulted ceilings, tiled kitchen, and access to a state of the art fitness center are just some of the amenities you'll enjoy. Home entertainment includes three TVs, a VCR a DVD, plus a stereo system.
The unit is a short walk or bike trip from the recreational center, which features golf, swimming, tennis, fitness center, and other entertaining community functions.

A Disappointment

We rented this property in March of 2010. When we arrived, the house was not clean and there were several things broken; the rear screen door and the overhead garage door. I called the owner immediately, but we ended up fixing several things ourselves. I had to wait a month to get our deposit bac kand that was after several phone calls and emails to the owner asking for a check.I never did receive the cleaning deposit back. I expected it since I had to clean the house from top to bottom when I arrived. The owner was hard to reach, even by phone, and we were disappointed since this was our only vacation.
Owner response:Renter left out crucial items: (1) My house cleaner injured herself the day before arrival. I offered to put tenant in hotel nearby until we cleaned, but they said they would clean themselves. (2)Screen door had a minor hitch in it, I asked tenant to spray some WD-40 on, and it resolved issue. Garage door had a few webs covering door "Eye" causing issues. A few swipes and it worked. Didn't think that effort would cause such a review. We don't ask tenants to be cleaners or repairmen, and we're sorry that situation occurred (3) Depost was sent, but came back as insufficient address, We corrected an re-sent.
